AcuraLink Streams

Would not load before when they did bug fixes but does now after newest pushed Android security update..Streams struggles to come up on its own...aha in the tlx does work now if you fire up the streams app yourself. This is weak software with weaker customer support..clueless and political..God help us if this has an issue down the line..

I got it to start working but then when I tried to use it again, it wouldn't take my Acura password which works fine on the website. So it seems pretty useless. I tried resetting the password and it said it couldn't reset the password. The only thing potentially useful is Aha, but if I use the bluetooth connection, I can use Aha without this software. So I'm not sure i see any value in it, since it is unusable as is.

This app should not be allowed on the app store. It's slow, buggy and draining battery. Doesn't even install properly with the latest version. Acura is a joke of a luxury car brand compared to the others.

Does not link to car

Cannot select Aha stations to appear on car display. Likely incompatible with Marshmallow. Called tech support and they verified. A new app update just came out but cannot load. Error code -505. Install failed.

Update....the new application update....wont install. Uggggggggggggggggg..... Just downloaded this application for my 2015 Tlx. Very excited but disappointed. Uggg needs to be hands free and doesn't work unless u fumble with application on AHA to get ur station to run smoothly. Expensive luxury car...u think this would work well. Honda let's move it on the update!

When attempting to install this on a Note 7, the process fails with error code -505.

It will no longer launch automatically when I switch to aha radio in my 2016 MDX. I have to launch the app manually for it to work, which absolutely defeats the purpose.

Won't install on Android 7.0, kinda useless.

I'm listening to music through Bluetooth in the tlx and this app keeps opening by itself and changed my music to aha crap. I closed it and it happened again and again. My problem is now solved by uninstalling this crap.

After failing update many times, advice was to uninstall existing (and working) AcuraLink Streams and reinstall new version. Still fails install. Now I have no version and lost this functionality with my Acura. CS has no answers other than "working on it"

Acura, please fix this app! When it works it's fine, which is seldom. At times it goes into restarting loops rendering my phone useless. At times it will start playing music randomly even if not connected to my 2017 MDX Tech, when this happens it may be in your pocket and it doesn't show as a running app at all. I finally uninstalled it when my phone was very hot in my pocket, later I got a data alert from Verizon (had it setup previously) the app had used 2GB of data even when I wasn't near the vehicle, I did not have it setup to offline cache anything.

Waste of time even to look at..

Way too complicated. Don't understand the sync between aha and AcuraLink - poorly explained. Have an aha audio choice in the 2015 tlx, but the website shows MDX and 2014 TL, only for compatibility!!?? Starts to play, then disconnects and asks for Acura Link sign-on. This app needs a lot of work.

This app is barely average when it works, it has stopped opening on its own, I have to manually open it, defeats the hands free convenience. Now it won't open at all, says I have no internet connection despite 4 bars of LTE. At least Pandora still works. Another bruise on my RLX experience.

I really liked this app and the way it interacts with my MDX until it completely crashed today. Now all it does is say "loading..." on the display when I try to connect to it through Aha in my vehicle. It is now basically useless. Considering the app hasn't been updated in 2 years, I guess they aren't too concerned with it working properly.

I guess there is pride in producing something that only works 20% of the time!

I turned on the GPS location as the annoying lady kept insisting but it still wouldn't work. I'm over it and uninstalling.

Acura should be embarrassed just being associated with this app. Awful app.

The app is not compatible with Samsung Galaxie S6 and there are no plans to fix it.

I have to stop and start this app every time I leave and reenter my MDX.

Doesn't work

Why is it continuously using the GPS and draining the battery? Why does Acura need to know where you are at all times? They have a different app for roadside assistance.

Samsung note 3. Most of the time Frozen. Other streaming like Spotify work good. This application kill all purpose of AHA. Need to be fixed

This app's a crawler when opening up from phone even from WIFI. I can't take advantage of streaming since I live in the city and Verizon has had loads of problems on their data network.. Additionally streaming would quickly use up data plans that aren't on unlimited.

When connected, I can't get sound from any other audio sources. I would have to turn off bluetooth from my phone to reset. Would be nice if the in car display mimic the phone display - I would gave to use phone to search which is defeating the purpose. Lastly, it hung my audio system in my car. Can't do anything once it hung. I would have to stop the car, turn off the engine then on again to get it working again.

This works awesome. Acura is the best.

Only handful of streams available. Slacker and Pandora have a much better selection of stations and customizations.
