ReserveAmerica Camping

App was working great and had used it for booking a camping trip. Now the map won't let you look anywhere except your current location. Too many bugs and "error" reload page messages. Sad.

I use to love this app. But now the bugs are ruining it. Can't book sites at my favorite places as of the new update. Not worth it anymore.

What have they done to this app? It was working fine and now it is totally useless. Total waste of space.

The app was easy to use. I liked using the map to pick my site and my reservation was accurate when I went to check in. only wish it had more camping places available

Total junk. Like they didn't even try

I click on a camp site and keeps on saying and unexpected error has occurred.

Too buggy to be useful at this point. Errors out during search.

I have no issues with this site online, but the app sucks.

I already have an online account. However I can't sign in through the app.

Their website is barely usable and the app, as expected, is also terrible.

Just doesn't work at all

Great App

This app is worthless. It will show a site as being available, but when you try to book it online, you get the whole way through the process, then it tells you it's unavailable. On multiple occasions it has shown 20+ sites available, but when you call to book by phone, they tell you the place is booked solid.

Didn't remember the password I entered signing up and scrambles my email address when you hit the go button. I am paddling the east coast for Mission22 raising awareness about veteran suicide and this app is hampering my progress because I can't reserve spots along the way. Will the makers of this app reimburse me for the hotel rooms because their app doesn't work correctly? I doubt it!

The maps and database for the app are pretty extensive. Finding your desired general area isn't too difficult, but after that the site's user friendliness is non existent. Map has bugs that sometimes cause an app restart, others an entire phone reboot. You select a date and browse through what is open. You can't pick the site you want and select open dates. Click on one that interests you, and you will not be able to reference its location on the map in real time due to bugs, and often map not coming up at all. Pictures of said area are usually very vague downward snaps of a fire pit or picnic table. Sometimes they recycle the same picture for every campsite on an entire cove. Description of each site is okay, but do not expect anything other than "It has this, doesn't have that." Then we go into the nightmare of trying to pay... My advice? Call the place you want to reserve. Don't waste your time on this app until they do a serious overhaul on it.

I have tried to create a login twice. The page disappears and then I am back to the login screen. Then it doesn't recognize my account!

Wouldn't recognize my account or anything on map useless

My phone did an update yesterday and now there is no map. Please get the map for the pinpoint of campsites.

Why go through all the searching, then get transferred to another site to do it all over again.

Garbage, won't work at all.

Be great if this app would alert me of availability notifications I have set in my profile. Seems there is no way to get to them or create new ones in the app. Major disappointment.

There is no filter to see only available sites so have to keep on scrolling to look for available sites...pls add this filter or its useless as most of the sites are full most of the time in peak season.

Without being able to see a site map, this app is basically useless. It's hard to select a campsite without any idea of the campground layout.

I'm not sure why but this map is about 32 miles off. It keeps showing a certain milage from my home but then when I check Google maps it's 32 miles further. It made a trip going to check out a camp site much longer than anticipated.

Does not work tried sever times but will not allow me to sign in

This app does not show a map of the campground like the website does. You only get a list of sites.

Did I read the update log correctly? You are adding ad to the app?

This app allows you to search for campgrounds with an interactive map. You can then availability by easily selecting check in and out dates. The app allows you to sign into your reserve America account and make reservations. It works great!!!

Useless as you would need to reserve a campsite a year in advance and then most likely wont get one due to callers beating you to the punch. This company should only get a % of the campsites for a broken system that lets people reserve a tent site 12 months in advance.

Too many bugs in this app. Unable to tap my search result because it keeps taking me to a different search result located no where near me. Please fix! I have pending reservations this year.

Map comes up blank. No way to filter only on sites that have availability. Ads despite the fact you also make $$$ on reservations. Lame.

Hard to navigate, did not always find camp ground.

Gives campsites 1-2 hours away from where you'd like to stay. Not enough listings or information.
