Kolibrie is een app die je helpt om gezonde keuzes te maken. Hij coacht je om gezond te eten, meer te bewegen, doelen te stellen en vol te houden. Naast de coaching in de app krijg je de eerste 11 weken ook telefonische coaching. Kortom: alles wat je nodig hebt om doelen te stellen én te halen.
