The NC Debit Card has changed as of August 1, 2015 but this app still has the previous card (which obviously does no longer work). App worked great before but without the updated card it's useless. 8/4/2015: In regards to your answer to my initial post: As I was trying to tell you, the NC Debit Card has changed as of August 1, 2015. The one you are displaying in your app is no longer valid. The new NC Debit Card is a different color/background as it now is affiliated with a different bank.

I am one of the lucky states to get try this app and I love it. I have been using this app for the last month with no problems and today my phone is no longer supported. What's going on? Is this going to be fixed? To all other states, when they do add your state it will be worth the wait.

This website is horrible I just registered use my username and password got in no problem. I went back to long in in the same day i can't get back in anymore keep telling me it's a error on user are password is . I can't check my account on phone you only have so many time free before they charge you for checking your balance. I wish they would use a different card provider.

I've had this app for MONTHS and now all of a sudden it says my phone isn't supported. I have a Galaxy S4. It was supported last month but now it isn't! FIX THIS ISSUE. I am apparently not the only one having this problem!

App foes not work keep saying wrong user name /password. I know I have the right user and /password because I can log on to the website Please fix I would like to manage account through my phone the ideal is great bit the app sucks!

When I hit create new user and fill out all the information it says cannot create user. User with given login already exists. Please use a different login. Then when I hit forgot user ID and enter my card number and CVV it says cannot find any client that matches the given biographical information. I've never registered to this website yet. Please help me...thanks.

I would rate it 5 stars but it only gives two states to choose from please fix and put Florida and some additional states on there and I will reinstall until then Uninstalled

After one use it won't work again. It says either my user name or password are incorrect. I have to uninstall it. Once I install it again it will work that one time. It becomes frustrating when I am trying to keep to my balance..

I have to assume you updated this app recently because after months of using it with no issues, I, like others, am getting the error message "your phone is not supported." I really enjoyed using this versus the website, so pleeeeeease fix soon. Thanks!

It keeps acting like it will let me log in but it won't. I read where Xerox responded it's fixed try now to a customer but it's not and has been broken for a while. I hope I'm not being hacked in someway it acts like it's logging in because you briefly see log out. Then error there is a problem logging in.

Firstly, works great. All the info I need without wasting a call. Secondly, It says right in the description that only 3 states are available. Plus numerous comments about this have been answered by creator stating more are coming soon. Read first people, save yourself some time.

This app seems great but only if I could use it in Pennsylvania. Over a year this app has been created and ppl are still complaining. Why hasn't anyone fixed the problems by now?

I live in VA & get an error message that login info is incorrect! Been like this for a month now and my login info is not wrong because it works on the website.

What a waste of time! What's the point of creating this app if there are only 3 states listed. Why not list them all?

The first time I logged in it worked great. Now it keeps telling me either my user name or password is incorrect but if I go online and put the same info in I can sign in just fine. Not impressed with this app at all.

I'm in virginia and I've been using the app quite extensively for months now. Just about a week ago I attempted to login same as always and I got an error message stating that my phone is not supported. I'm disappointed and would truly appreciate it if the app was updated or the glitches are treated so that we all can enjoy this app.

I was very disappointed to find once I downloaded this app that it only supports 3 states. Please update the app with all states, I'm sure it would be very beneficial to a lot of people including myself.

Not having had a chance to use this app. Because this app only works if you have a card from one of 3 states. There's 47 more states. I live in Nevada and my unemployment is put on this card. They charge .35 every time I check my balance. Would give 5 stars if could use.

It's right to the beginning again, I have used this app before and not its doing it again with the error message "Phone Supported". I haven't changed phones or anything, please fix and rating will change.

Why should I have to create a new account on a new site to to get info on this card but three of the fifty states can use this app? Why not just update so everyone can use this app

I've used this app for awhile and it worked just fine until recently. Now I keep getting a message when I log in sarong my phone is not supported. This is really frustrating and inconvenient. I tried unmistakable and re downloading but still doesn't work

I would love to try this app, but cannot because it's not compatible with an Indiana card. It's a shame.

Thps app use to work great. Now I cannot check my balance because it says phone not supported. I have called nomber on card but it is automated and will not let me talk to anyone about this issue. Won't let me log in! Keeps giving me an error when I know my login information is correct. I don't like having to use the internet to check on the website. The app was faster and convenient.

The app was working great but now it says not supported by my phone. Why not I still have the same phone.

After reading all the negative reviews i tried to be optimistic before downloading this app... Well low & behold my problem is that my phone is not supported? Seriously, not to mention the name of my phone (which btwt its the latest edition of a very popular Android)and if this phone is not supported I guess we all have to have an Apple Iphone to gain access? Don't worry uninstalling as I type lol...

C'mon people how is it that you only have three states, get it together. I'm in California witch I know for a fact there's a huge amount if people getting support so help us out. What's up with the automatic response. You think we don't notice they are all the SAME!!!!!

I can check my balance, and check transactions in previous months. Could be better with the appearance of it and the option to save user name and password,putting my username and password in ever time is kind of a hassle but it works just fine, it's a straight to the point app...check your balance.

I knew I wouldn't be able to use the app before I downloaded bc I'm in NY, but the only way I could leave a comment was to download it. So, when will you be updating the app for use in other states? This would really be handy. I love my bank's app and use it all the time. I'm tired of having to call the automated number on my card. I also noticed it says on here that you last update was in 2013! Please update so other states can use this app!!! :-) Rating will go up when I can use it!

Use to like this app. Kept me from having to call the 800 number to see if I receive any child support. Now I'm getting this message saying my phone is not compatible. Been using this app for a couple of years and would like to continue using it.

I used for a while and it worked fine! Then my "username and password" didn't work so I got locked out for while. ...until I got on comp to do it. After that it worked a few more times and yet now my phone is "not supported"!!! Very frustrating when we all use cell phones because they are convenient!!! Uninstalling. ...not worth my frustration

I loved this app. It was very convient when my browser keeps or takes forever to load. Now when I try to log in it tells me my user ID and/or password is wrong when I know its not. Please fix and then I'll rate higher.

Why do u have to go through all this stuff if your phone don't hold it up I think they need to have a bank that any one can go to and set this up and all we have to do is type in the info and see what happens from there on out this. Bull crap have to go through with this. Why u get all this fixed the star will change ty
