ACN Companion

This app was ok before the last update. I tried making calls over an excellent Wi-Fi and still the call is broken. There is also a repeating issue. Long after I have completed my sentence l can still hear the same sentence being repeated over and over which just makes me terminate the call. I would expect a worldwide company like ACN to sort out this problem as soon as possible. I never had problems like this with vonage.

This application works beautifully if one has great internet service and speed. If one has sucky internet then this application doesn't work for anything. I have been in Brazil, and if I had a great internet quality then my calls through the app will be impecable, si ir al depends on your internet.

9 out of 10 times it does now work since recent updates. Called in the support line about 2 months ago, they seem to blame the Samsung Galaxy S6 hardware; which is bizarre. Uninstall and reinstall fixed the issue once but not every time.

It use to work well before. Now after first call it crashes. It also cannot place calls to MEast. Need to figure out or it is a waste

It is working excellent! you need wifi connection and you can talk 33 hours per month to any europe mobile or landline. it is usefull to connect with my business customers and family. Great! Recomend!

the app was better before.. was able to get calls while using data and not wifi ,you always have to re-login to establish the connection again

Why there is no active app icon in the notification area? I need to know whether app is running or no.

The app is ok expecially for the country I am calling (Sierra Leone) the down side of it is that it's not connecting all of the numbers I wanted to dial which is really a pain to me. Hope they can sort that out.

This works great. And on the plans I have in Australia it works perfect while I am travelling giving me data based Australian number.

Is good when the is good internet connection, is just difficult to know one's balance and top up time

This app is very pathetic. Receiver never hears callers voice clearly. Your call cannot be completed now, please dial after sometime is what you regularly get. While Vonage offers extensions free for 2 mobiles these people charge 9.99 for this pathetic service.

It has been fantastic on this trip to the Dominican! VERY good connections to back home in Canada... I have always had a good connection, no lost calls or interrupted calls. I will never be without this app! Thank you for designing it! Although the real proof will be when I get my phone bill...lol

This app works great but sometimes I get disconnected or my call cuts out.

A must have if you travel internationally! Almost everyplace has free wifi. We own a condo in Belize. I call my folks who are dog sitting plus lots of friends and family all the time!

I have to log out several times to make calls from my samsumg note 5. Had same issue when i was using my s4..full of bugs

Very good app and only few things I've experienced that simultaneous calls having some breaks.

When i called them to rsolve the issue uninstall it and install it back start working does not help tried so many time not working looking for different service

It's a very nice app but sometimes it crashes. Must be connected to a wifi to work better

Does exactly what it says. Extends your home phone to your cell phone and allows you to have essentially two lines on your cell.
