Works pretty well for the basics. You have to create a separate "mobile account" username and password, but it only takes a minute or two with the online form.
I saw that this was available from the Acipco FCU website. It works just fine for checking your balances and making transfers. The only hitch was when you sign up, it tells you to create a password with only numbers. This is incorrect, the account name/number is numeric, but for the password you have to use numbers AND letters (some in caps).
Best thing ever!!!!
It also bombed and errored when looking up shared branches. Needs some work, please add bill pay.
It is a convenient and easy to use app!
I log into the website fine, but for the love of god I can not log into the app!
I had to call the credit union to get it set up, and they were very helpful. Once launched, the app lets you do the basics: check balances, view transactions, make transfers between accounts and set up push alerts for certain events. Unlike other mobile banking apps I have used, you cannot deposit checks, do external money transfers or use the "bill pay" functions (even though the function exists in the app, it did not work for me). So, all in all, it is only average.
Don't install, it will hack your account.

I now suspect this app may be an attempt to illegally access Acipco FCU accounts

The app is just ok. First, you have a different userID/password for this account. Second, if you use a password app for long/secure passwords, it doesn't work. You must type in the password. It does work ok once you get logged in. Another problem I had was that I had changed email address and when trying to create an account, this app refused my attempts. We found that it was using my old email address rather than what was currently on file with the CU. This is not a hacking app to get into your account. It is just a growing app that has not been well designed initially. It is improving.
