App is supposed to allow me to enter intermittent time but no where is there that option. Also it doesn't allow me to view any documents. App is useless!

This was suppose to help the process go quicker and I am unable to pull up any files or submit a photo.

I can't open anything with this app, it is worthless!!!!!!!!!!! Removing it from my phone. Don't bother using this app, it will piss you off!

Tried to log in and app fails, it tells me to adjust my date and time settings. I changed all the settings, one by one, and error pop up still appears.

App is basically useless. You can report time, but nothing else is shown or verified about claim

It tells you there's a different version to update to, but doesn't.

The app is only good for reporting time

If you only want the app to check status and add a date, then this app is for you. But to actually check if a date is approved or look at history of dates used, this app is not worthwhile. You still have to go to website.

It was working fine then today I keep trying to log in it's saying wrong password and I know my password is right. So I attempted to change it after security questions it says it's sending password reset to email then a error message comes up ugh.

Love the easiness of this app.

Easy to use

There are no other options except to email or call the claims examiner. When clicking on one of those options, it does nothing. There are no other menu options, so you can't view your claims. The only thing that works in this app is you can change your password and the answer to your security question.

Probably the worst app and website I've ever used. I have not been able to log in on either the website or the app. It took hours before it would accept my input to make an account, now it errors out or tells me my log in information is incorrect, what a joke.

keep getting update notice but everytime I click on it nothing happens, today is March 2. update again pops up and zip. what version is this at the moment.

This app is by far the most useless I have seen!!! Does not tell you when your next payment is being sent, no option for printing proof of disability income, nothing useful on this app and the regular web page is no better or if not worse! That page doesn't even show you the correct amount of your check! What a joke... Absolutely horrible design and no useful information.

This app is the most ridiculous thing I have ever seen. Just to fill out your date of birth to create an account just search for forgotten ID or password Hassett app 4000 times just enter your birthdate because you can't manually enter it. That is just plain ridiculous if I could give 0 Stars I would!!! Thanks for nothing!!!!!!!

Everything works fine. This is a life saver after my accident. Love the staff and app for Matrix.

No matter what I do I can't log in. What is rhe point of having an app to report my absence if I can't use it?

Every time I go to the app it says update. Will not update. Uninstalled and reinstalled. WILL NOT UPDATE.

This app does NOT work! I can't login an account I just created!

All I get is the loading symbol anymore since the new upgrade and I have an Lg G2 and never had any problems before. I had to report my last 2 absences over the phone. What a pain in the rear when you already don' t feel good!

Junk!! Cannot log in with correct user ID and Password!!

This beats having to call in. Just switching to Android , so I hope its as good.
