Great new features! It's made the service much easier to use! However, there's a very critical lag in the real time system that needs to be solved asap or removed from the app since it is probably doing more harm than good! Please fix it asap because otherwise this app is really good!

Aesthetically pleasing but functionally impotent. The app crashes regularly. The trip planning function is inaccurate both on bus arrival times and and in terms of planning a realistic trip- oftentimes it will suggest that I ride a bus for a single stop on my 40 minute walk to campus.

Harder to use than old version. Please add a feature to save a stop/route for quick access. It would be awesome to quickly check the same two stops I use everyday without going through menus.

Hopefully this app will load better than the old one. What's up with not being able to view future route schedules until the bus is active?

Not really user friendly. Should just show route times for a particular bus without using location and the map. The map should be an option not the default. Non VT bus app is better even though it's clunky as well.

1335 stop is missing from the scheduled UMS routes. What's that about?

Can't use this app without giving it permission to use my location. Why can't I just look up the bus schedules without a location? Ridiculous.

It seems like a really great idea! All though, at this time none of the buses seem to be active. Unfortunately, I was needing to take the two town trolley and I am unable to because of this. If anyone has insight as to which this bus will be running again, that would be great.
