I've been trying for weeks to get in touch with this company by calls, voice mails, and emails but nothing. The lady answering the phone doesn't even seem to be from this company and can't help except to give you email addresses and forwarding you to a voicemail which is just a waste of time. This appears to be a good idea but in no way ready for primetime...
