Floating Stopwatch and Timer gives users the ability to keep a stopwatch or countdown timer on top of the screen above other apps.
After launching the stopwatch/timer just tap on the numbers to start the clock. You can move the stopwatch/timer by dragging from the sides of the window. You can close the stopwatch/timer from the notification. In Android 4.1 Jelly Bean and above the user can access settings for the stopwatch/timer to quickly change style or the Timers time.
In the free version users can customize the colors of 1 style.
Upgrade to the Pro version to gain access to:
5 Customizable Styles
Change size of the Stopwatch/Timer
Change opacity of text and background
Choose the Timers alarm

You can't resize the timer smaller. And also dragging it from the edge is a pain you should be able move it from anywhere.

I have used this app to help me keep track of how long food was in the oven and how long till my laundry was done. Haven't any had crashes using it.
