Ace Hardware

On my Pixel C tablet, where it works perfectly well as a sideload, the Play Store page claims my device isn't compatible with this app. Who makes these stupid decisions anywsy?

THE BIGGEST gripe I have with the app is that it doesn't store my email address. I am getting extremely tired to type in my email address every time I want to access my account on the app! If you are not willing to store the password for security reasons, that makes sense. But not storing at least my email address on a personal device? It gives me less of a reason to use the app and more reason to rely on the printed ads and web page. Please store my email... It merits the three stars that I've deducted!

1) I did a search and after scrolling through the hundreds of items returned from the search engine, I finally realized it was actually only 8 items that kept repeating over and over and over..... 2) It would be nice if when you select a home store that it would give you the option of returning search results that are ONLY from that store's inventory.

I have had nothing but problems with this app. I like these kinds of apps so I don't have to carry reward cards with me everywhere I go. I am a house painter by trade, and I frequent Ace Hardware on a regular basis. I keep having problems with the app saying that my email address is invalid, and I have called customer service twice about this, and I am still having problems with my email address and I am unable to change my password or access my rewards card through the app. Customer service was of no help to me, they try their best to help me but we're not able to do so. I would not recommend this app to anybody! Just keep your Ace Rewards card with you and use that instead and avoid all this hassle.

I love my local ACE and I hate this APP. They remember me, are helpful, honor all the specials, and I receive many rewards. This APP does not remember me, does not track my rewards, and does not ever load properly. Good thing my local ACE does not operate like this APP!

Can't refine search with text. Can't copy text in product descriptions. Insufficient pictures of products. Example - tool boxes - give 360 view capability of exterior and show them opened up.

I will not order from Ace again. It said 5-8 business days, but I didn't realize that meant 4 days of processing...and still counting...

Can't link the app with my rewards card. Tried emailing in the app and it said my name was an INVALID ENTRY!

Why an account?!?!?!? I just want to see what is in stock and prices, like all the other good apps do. UNINSTALLED!

I really like this app, has my ID number at a glance so very handy.

Went to two different stores and they don't honor the sales ad they show on television. The last store told me you have to go to a elder store to get the discount that's bs .I'll no longer stop at any ace hardware I'll go to home Depot or Lowe's just to avoid the confusion

If notifications re-enables itself one more time, I'm uninstalling it

Love the store, would like the app. But can't keep notifications off, and the app creator/administrators will not reply to questions. I have uninstalled the app. As of right now.

I turn off notifications, and the app does not retain the change. Notifications are enabled again on their own. I'm uninstalling this app until is fixed.

I have to re-signon every time I use this app. From my phone. The same phone I use to GENERATE signon keys for other apps. What idiot thought that feature up, and which hardware store do they actually work for?

Tells me email is invalid. Funny, it gets plenty of spam! Deleting app...

Notifications will not stay off. Emailed them for help but who knows how that will go. Like others, uninstall is the only option until it's fixed.

Keeps me in the know...without having paper

When I start the app I have to log in which sets my favorite store then when I search for something and look to see if it's in stock, I have to tell it at what store to look!

And they come through at 6:00am! Uninstalling.

I think this app is absolutely terrible. I have never reviewed an app before but there's no way to shop for a specific item. All it let's me do is browse the current flyer of ads for things they have on sale. Completely useless.

Doesn't find Ace stores in my area; it's stuck on one shop in Missoula, Mt. I have to re-input my rewards number at every start of the app. I'm kinda leary of ordering anything through this app. I'll stick with in store shopping with Ronan, MT awesome customer service.
