Ace for Twitch for Android
Honestly an almost perfect twitch app. Only thing that needs to be fixed is the size of the chat window. Currently it takes up 3/5 of the screen in landscape on my Tab S 10.5 which makes it unusable for me. All other functionality is working perfectly. If this is fixed I will most likely buy the Pro upgrade to support the developer
Bought the pro version before because I wanted to support the devs. Looks like they ditched Ace since it hasn't worked for months now.
A recent update made it impossible to view any streams. When selecting quality, the only choice I get is 'none'. It seems as though the developer is no longer active.
As of the latest update, I can no longer watch any channel. A spinning loading icon appears but never goes away on a black screen. I've uninstalled, cleared data, nothing works. This app is moot till fixed.
This was my main form of watching twitch. Until an update made it so any broadcast I select buffers indefinitely. I'll re-review if they fix the issue in the future.
ITS SO GOOD BUT PLEASEEEEE ADD SEARCH IN PAST BROADCAST SECTION ITS ALL MESSED UP PLEASE I BEG YOU BECAUSE LIRIK DO A LOT OF STREAMS
Hasn't loaded any streams for a good few weeks now. Constant spinning circle as if it's just trying to buffer, regardless of which stream I choose. Only since recent update. Will change review if fixed.
This last update caused channels to stop loading. Haven't been able to watch anything in awhile because it loads indefinitely
Same as York Kwan's problem. Doesn't play streams. Tried a lot with perfect WiFi connection and signed in Twitch account.
Was great until latest update. Nothing streams and share function does not respond making casting to Chromecast impossible.
Since some days, the videos just endlessly try to load. Samsung s6. Will give it it s usual 5 stars once this is fixed!
Great app, I can watch broadcasts and watch streams in source without any issues.
Fixed. Saeed nawaz is a noob ignore his noob review
External player stopped working. Which sucks, it was the only reason I installed this app
Or you know just download the twitch app or if you don't want adds just download ad blocker and open twitch through your browser..
Streams don't start playing. Both the official Twitch app and Pocket Plays work.
Not working, not updated since August 2016. May be abandoned.
the streams are showing black screens, and spinning wheels indefinitely
Since the update I can't watch any streams. Just a black loading/buffer. This is with my S6 edge plus. 1 star until fixed
Can no longer view any content. This app is broken.
Can get it to stream anything? Kinda pointless for a app that's whole purpose is to stream! What a joke.
Streams no longer loads. Stuck at spinning circle
Would be perfect if not for the fact that streams refuse to load. Chat is fine, the channel list is fine, but the stream itself refuses to load.
Keeps crashing when using AUDIO ONLY, please fix.
It doesn't work anymore. RIP
What on earth has happened? This app would work perfectly now the streams will not play..
I use to love it now I can't see no stream all it has is the spinning circle
I really hope this app gets fixed cos it's completely bricked atm :(
Love the streaming function via an installed media player.
Worked for a while, then kept freezing
It stopped working, hope gets fixed, loved that app
videos no longer loading, 1 star until fixed
Does not work anymore...
No longer works. Streams never load, no matter what settings you use.
otherwise fine, but not commenting is not cool...and I am logged in, sooo...
Can't watch any streams as of the latest update
5 stars just because you use Marshmallows backup system, thank you very much
Broken/abandoned app
Not working anymore

Great app! I'm heartbroken that "past broadcast", which is the main reason why I use the app, has stopped working since maybe 1-2 weeks back. I can see the thumbs for the streams but when I click on them nothing happens, I can still watch the "pre 1-2 weeks" streams so it seems like twitch have changed something since then, perhaps the stream url? Well I dunno. Anyone know a fix for this?
