AccuWeather with Superior Accuracy™

AccuWeather has decided once again to remove my favorite feature. The temperature graphs for hourly and daily forecasts are gone. Additionally I can no longer see more than 12 hours of detailed forecast unless I pay for an upgrade that never existed before. There are ads in the free app, and now limited content minus the most useful feature. Very disappointed and now removing this app.

Provides succinct information compared to other weather applications. Only complaint is there isn't too much customizability in the widgets. Minute forecasts always say no precipitation which is always inaccurate for my area.

Really love this app. Told me today I had 9 mins before it was due to rain. Ran home, got washing in and about 10 mins later the rain arrived! Now that's useful in my world!

It does the job....trying hard to be special....just need to be accurate... extended weather forecast not very good....isn't that what it's all about?.... forecasting weather!....in their defence.....not sure any weather person gets it right....so... lots to look and play with but not very helpful

The forecast widget shows the current weather in Celsius, but forecast is in F, which is useless for me. Am I the first European using this app, when the developers haven't fixed this bug yet?

I was very impressed with this app in Florida and the east coast. I now live in Colorado Springs and I've never seen such inaccuracies. I'm very disappointed. Please pay more attention to your app holders in Colorado.

Pretty good. Basic info but cluttered. Not real handy for forecasts. I find that the temperature reading is 'Feels Like' is annoying. I want to know what the temp IS.

What the point of showing me past Radar and Satellite images? I already know what the weather was like previously! Its so stupid to show what already happened! I want to see current and projected forecast images. Don't like the charts and graphs either - the graphics are weak and the pages are cluttered. Too hard to find the basics in amongst way too much 'weather news' and junk and not enough accurrate, current and projected data. I don't care what weather is happening in NYC, when I live on the west coast of Canada, I just want to know whether its going to rain or snow and for how long!

Accuweather telling me it is currently clear, yet it is raining heavily. If they can't even provide the correct current weather, why would I believe their forecasts!?!

Accuweather not so accurate. It was showing temperature as -19 and real feel same as -19. Its special alert shows that temperature real feel like -29. All other weather apps and news shows temperature as -19 and real feels like -29. Not so accurate for me.

Great app., but very laggy. Keeps locking up and crashing/not responding. Seems kinda sketchy. The widget does not update/refresh in the background, like I have it set to do, in the widgets settings. Samsung S8+

My favorite weather app. Knocked off one star because it is a resource hog.

Been using this app for a few years and love it. Weather for my area is always bang on. I love the timely, precise and detailed weather warnings. The UI is simple and straightforward. App never crashes, always runs smooth. Have recommended this app to many people and will continue to do so. Have never used another weather app and won't. Keep up the great work!

I just switched from a S5 to the S8. I wish the widget was more like the S5 version. Larger footprint, easy switch between favourite cities, weather animations. Still a good app, but it could be better.

Older versions were better. Too many ads. And when I say I don't want to give you my location - quit asking me!

Accurate radar. Local weather reporting feature is cool.

I really like the new look. I like the controls that it lets you have to configure settings as you wish, and I like the fact that you can change part of the screen by swiping but one side stays the same it kind of anchors you. This is the best iteration of this app that I can remember I AM UPGRADING TO 5 Stars. MAIN REASON IS THE FACT THAT YOU BROUGHT MARK MANCUSO ON BOARD!!!!! state college loses big time, you gain my fav weather man.

GOOD JOB ACCUWEATHER. Only falt I find is the fact you have to actually open the app to get the temp as it changes. You DON'T have a option to set this to change on its own. Also,what is the deal with the weather alerts? Have actually set the alerts to fuction. But nothing happens. Can someone check these fuctions and get them working correctly? What use is this app if it will not WORK?

This weather app lapses 1 or 2 degrees in real time but it's clear and full of information. I would like to see sunrise and sunset times 4 days ahead to plan my days. As it is now, I have to wait until midnight to see the next day sunset. You have improved it with this app so keep up the good work. Thank-you and Happy New Year. D. A.

Most of the time, you are extremely accurate, and ALL of the various types of information available that you provide is always very helpful. I really, really like your application, ( I love my girlfriend...). One thing...Your pinpoint zoom-in on your radar used to be a little more detailed. This is no problem, really. I just wondered why. It's good. But I feel that the temperature is not always correct. Sometimes it is colder here than what is reported on this app. I'm can't with this app anymore. I pull up this app it says my city has a quarter moon. I'm outside clearly looking at a FULL MOON. I'M DONE WITH THIS APP. DONE!!!! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

V unintelligently designed UI. For ex:- when I type Manali.......it gives me 4 Manali, India.....how do I know which one to click. Most big countries in the world, including USA have multiple cities in different states with the same name. So just mentioning city and country name is grossly inadequate. Similarly there are several other silly yet major mistakes.

OK who broke it? Used to love this app. It was accurate and the radar worked. Now...nothing, nadda, no radar activity. The older folks at work would come to me to see accurate weather info. Now I've been replaced by someone else with a different app. No more homemade cookies for me. 5 stars!!! Its fixed now! 10-16-14

I work in the oil fields of Colorado and it's important for me to know what kind of weather we are gonna be up against .This app is perfect! We have a saying in the patch....if it can't hack it then it can't stay. Well this app can stay????????

10/30/2017 .... after many years of using this AP am thinking of switching to weather bug. AccuWeather works great but it crashes alot since the last updated. Fix the ap, I might switch back. KEEPS CRASHING AFTER UPDATE ... frustrating! Works well BUT often has kinks after updates which are fixed with another update. Becomes frustrating. ....Had to unistal and reinstall on 9/11/17 after doing the same 10 months ago. 10/9/17 ...KEEPS CRASHING AFTER ESPECIALLY AFTER LAST UPDATE! (hopefully next update will fix what last update broke)

I've had others that crash indiscriminately. This one has never done that so I give it 5 stars. UPDATE: app is still working correctly and for me, it does a great job. Still 5 stars. UPDATE: app is still working and has yet to crash. Have changed phones and reinstalled on new phone. Still works great!

After trying multiple weather apps, I've found Accuweather to be the absolute best! It is very accurate, especially in regards to the minutecast. It's usually within a few minutes of being dead on. Couldn't ask for more! Keep up the amazing work developers!!!

I love this app because it always tells me the correct tempature. My phone, and my store bought inside & outside thermomter never have the correct tempture. With dogs I have to know the tempature to know how long it is safe to leave them out to do their buisness.

Since the latest update the minutecast feature has been removed. Huh? This was the best feature of this app and its US by a long chalk. Also, there is no way of personalising the city page so you have meaningless alerts and allergy information which can't be turned off. Finally, the current weather rarely reflects actual weather conditions.

Thiefs paid for advertizing free worked for one day now they want me to pay again. This should not be allowed. I will do everything in my power to put an end to this. CRIMINALS!!!!!

The app was the only one that predicted sun a special day hourly right and five continuous days after it rained.that day I sold my grappes and cut it. Many thanks and congratulations

Just need an explanation how 30 degrees, calm wind, can feel like 36 degrees.... I call BS. This is a common type temp reading here in SC with this app. This is NOT a hot temp with high humidty to "feel" hotter, this is a temp near freezing that "feels" warmer.... "That's not how it works. That's not how any of this works"...

I paid for adds to be removed, clearly paid through PayPal, checked to be certain payment was received, it was. It shows ads still and when I push disable it wants me to pay again. I can't contact support. I love the app but am upset that I paid for something I'm not receiving. I will dispute with PayPal if nothing is resolved.

It doesn't update the way it use to. On the first day of an update it works great until about 7 p.m. then it stops updating automatic and must be done manually. I really need an app that can keep the updates going automatically so please fix this.

The weather network was acting up and I checked a bunch of lousy apps before finding this one. I really like it!

So nice to get the weather anytime I want. doesn't always seem up to date, and we call it the inaccurate accuweather. But it's so very convenient. Any place, any time.

Love the app. However, I'm convinced your snowfall forecasts are inflated way beforehand just to gain clicks and are then revised down after you've boosted your app views.
