Loan EMI Calculator

This is a simple lightweight app which helps you to calculate monthly EMI on given amount for a given rate and time period. It also stores the last three calculations and shows them in a comparison table.

The interest rate and processing fee values are capped at 50 and 20 respectively, technically no one would get a loan at those rates even ;). Normal processing fees are not more than 3% of loan amount. Maximum duration is capped at 50 yrs and the max loan amount is capped at 990000000 (99crores). It compares the last three calculations done.
