As a platinum member I thought this app might be useful... I was wrong... Yet another Accor app that serves only to frustrate. I don't think it actually does anything except let your sort of update your details, sort of ish... Maybe???

I don't see the purpose of this app. Can't book anything, only search. Even that the database is messy. Not same look and feel with web (e.g login details). Map not working. As a member I don't expect this kind of quality from such a large multinational organization.

This app Is not easy to use....lots of complications....cudnt get idea what are charges of rooms for members & non members of accor plus...rates of rooms r same as on other sites, then wat is use of being member ...booking shud b made easily but its too complicated...

Is anyone at Accor reading the comments here? This app DOES NOT WORK! I have tried to make restaurant reservations on several occasions. It won't allow log in and the reservation process goes into an endless loop. I seriously expect better when I pay so much money to be an Accor Plus member
