I think the initiative is good and at a great price. But the problem is that you almost get the same food every day which is very monotonous. And the taste isn't great at times. I hope you people can have some variation in the subji as paneer isn't the only option for vegetarians.

I was so hungry when i ordered food from 'Accha khana'. But after ordering food i got a message saying your order cannot be processed today, By NITIN So, i called NITIN to know the reason, he told its 11 o'clock....At that time i was so angry and told to return my money right now!!! than he says ok we will deliver you food shortly. And when i received my order it is not from Accha khana it is from 27Grills. I was paid for Rs 60 only but i received food of Rs 640.So, i am telling all these because to share my experience with Accha Khana and the level of customers satisfaction provided by the 'Accha khana'. App has no option to call/chat/email . I am from delhi, when tried to place an order payumoney says "not a valid marchent"

I have tried lot of options but trust me this is best food at reasonable price.. moreover staff is very supportive. I always got fresh and great taste food. All the best guys.

Firstly it's very less quantity, bad quality, very late delivery, no confirmation msg or call, it's like road side shop 40 rs plate food it's worst service..
