本EXaaS Mobile Desk Doc Viewer (以下「本アプリケーション」といいます)は、沖電気工業株式会社が提供するEXaaS Mobile Desk(以下「EXaaS Mobile Desk」といいます)専用のドキュメントビューワーです。
Microsoft Officeドキュメント、PDFドキュメントを表示可能です。
本アプリケーションはEXaaS Mobile Deskにてご使用いただけるドキュメントビューワーアプリケーションです。EXaaS Mobile Deskからのみ起動可能な専用アプリケーションとなっております。

本アプリケーションをダウンロードされるユーザー(以下「ユーザー」といいます)は、EXaaS Mobile Deskを通じた本アプリケーションの使用のみ、することができます。それ以外の使用をしてはいただけません。なお、以下の行為は、特に禁止させていただきます。
① 本アプリケーションを販売、再使用許諾、貸与、賃貸あるいは譲渡すること
② 沖電気工業株式会社から許諾される範囲を超えて本アプリケーションを複製すること
③ 本アプリケーションを補正、翻案、改変、リバース・エンジニアリング、逆コンパイル、逆アセンブルすること
④ 本アプリケーションの派生物を作成すること
⑤ 本アプリケーションに記載された正当な権限を有する者の著作権表示その他の権利表示(以下、総称して「権利表示」といいます)について、削除、不明確化、改変等の当該権利を侵害するおそれのある行為をすること
⑥ 権利表示を誤認混同するような表示を新たに追加すること

本アプリケーションは、明示または黙示を問わず、本アプリケーションの瑕疵不存在、市場性、ユーザーにおける使用/利用可能性、使用/利用目的適合性およびその他一切の事項に関する保証なしに、「現状のまま」の状態でユーザーに提供されます。

沖電気工業株式会社およびそのライセンサーは、本アプリケーションの使用/利用、使用/利用不能、瑕疵、性能、品質その他に起因してユーザー、または第三者に生じうる損害について、沖電気工業株式会社もしくはライセンサーの故意または重大な過失による場合を除き、一切その責任を負いません。

本アプリケーションの使用に関する諸条件については、EXaaS Mobile Deskに関する契約および本アプリケーション内で提示されるEnd User License Agreement(以下「End User License Agreement」といいます)にて規定されます。本説明とEnd User License Agreementとの間に抵触する事項がある場合はEnd User License Agreementが、End User License AgreementとEXaaS Mobile Deskに関する契約との間に抵触する事項がある場合はEXaaS Mobile Deskに関する契約内容が、それぞれ優先して適用されます。沖電気工業株式会社またはそのライセンサーが提示する諸条件に合意いただけない場合、本アプリケーションをご使用いただけません。 (The "EXaaS Mobile Desk" below) EXaaS Mobile Desk of Oki Electric Industry Co., Ltd. is to provide (the "Application" below) this EXaaS Mobile Desk Doc Viewer is a document viewer only.
