Why am i paying $12 a month for an app that cant even load properly and just tells me where deals are. There are no coupons available with this membership. All it does is tell you where places are doing deals. These deals work without a membership. Why not just use Groupon for FREE and groupon gives you actual coupons for things all for free

Just went shopping at JcPenny thinking I'd receive 15% off my purchase only to find out the coupon excludes everything I had picked out or anything I would even consider buying. Why on earth would anybody pay for this membership when Groupon is way better and FREE! Already tried to cancel, but that looks its gonna be a hassle too. Not happy!

If it's not force closing it's just freezing on the opening page and NEVER opening. I let it run for 10 minutes and NOTHING! Really inconvenient when you're in the drive thru...

It won't open if I'm not connected to my home wifi... even when it does connect it crashes before any of the mail or services can be used. 100% worthless.

This app needs an update, or rather, whomever runs it needs to check the status of the stores listed and then update it! A couple of the stores listed for our area have closed, one of em, an F.Y.E. store actually, closed about a year or so ago and the only other F.Y.E. here is rather far so we don't go there often enough to make it worth while. And some of the stores a customer service representative told me takes it actually do not! Canceled our card cause it's useless for us and uninstalled the app. :-/

This app is stupid and doesn't make sense. This is just an app of offers that you can't even get because the app is terrible and it sucks. This is a waste of space on my phone. It's coming off.

So far I've saved the monthly $ I spend for the membership... I tried to cancel my membership thinking I wouldn't get use out of it & they ended up taking half off my bill, so now I only pay about $5 a month to save $. So far it's worked perfectly fine & my deals have came through :)

Tried to read a message on my phone and got an error and it dropped the connection to the app. Please fix and I will give a higher rating.

This app dosent work well. It freezes and will not load most of the time

Will not open and, on the rare occasion it does, it crashes immediately. Waste of memory space.

I'm in a major city and for whatever reason the closest store it will pick up is either 80 miles away or 50 miles away and in Wichita, Kansas. Not only do I not have access to red box movie coupons, AMC theater discounts, or any local food vendors/restaurants (weird as it is being that even the suburb that I regularly visit has more restaurants than I had imagined it would), but it also is slow and glitchy over all.

Cannot even log in, I just recently got the membership on Nov 6th. If it does not work I will CANCEL!!

I downloaded from Playstore..It asks me to provide name..zip..email..then denies me entry..wants my member # How the hell do I know..I'm outta here.. uninstalling..

The app always freezes at the open screen. How can I take advantage of the "deals" if the app doesn't open?

The true developer, Access Development, released the new turnkey app version 3.0.4 back in September. Still waiting on Affinion Group to apply the update.

They charge way too much for coupons and most of the places never even heard of and won't allow us to use.

I save at least what it costs me every month if not more. It's worth it.

Every time I open the app it just stays on the gray f.y.e. page.

Most of the deals are pretty worthlesss, you can pretty much find the same deals online for free.

It won't go past the grey main screen. I can only rate it a 1 since its completely inaccessible

The app helps to find good deals in the area.

Not enough need more options on dining and hotels for travelers.
