Didn't accept my membership number. Not cool. Now I am committed to monthly payments and can't use it. >:(

This app never opens up and its very slow. I've had to uninstall and install this app about 4 times now, and it still does not work.

This app should help you save money, but it is a complete waste of time (time is money my friends). I spent 15 minutes waiting for the app to open And load. Then when it does load, the offers are many miles from my current location. It is as if the app pulled my Previous location instead of giving current data. Why do I pay Designer Deals each month if I get nothing out of it? The app is liable to make me want to cancel my membership entirely.

wish there were more stores but it's not a bad app!!

Never any offers in my area. Fine if you use Hancock's Fabrics as they have the offer permanently, for everyone else better, free, coupons exist.

I have a kohls 8 miles and the app said no one within 100 miles.

It cant even find the main sponsor's store in the search. Keeps changing range from my setting of 10 miles to 100. Dont bother with this one.

App won't let me log in and got no help fixing problem. Emailed several times no answer and no help.

Had no problems with the application, no technical issues. The discounts offered are just not for me. Rarely do I eat out, most of the deals are buy-one-get-one, which isn't useful if you eat alone. The shopping deals are for places I go to maybe once a year. Lots of deals on hotels, but I don't travel. Not worth $10 a month.

I keep entering the member number and it says not valid I've tried 3 or 4 times also the discount so I am seeing are nothing spectacular $1 off here a free appetizer they are with a meal nothing I couldn't get without paying the membership fee.

Won't accept my membership number. How am I to use DD if the app doesn't function? When you charge $9 n change per member monthly, there's no excuse for this. We deserve better

It always says my member number wasn't entered right... I have entered and re-entered MANY times and still says it.. I called customer service and they all say different things in how this app works!! This is too much hassle for a rewards app..especially one that costs $10 a month! Uninstalling and cancelling subscription! They said to wait a few days so it can recognize your member number.. But can wait longer than 72hrs? What happens then?

Would be nice if more stores in my local area were involved

It wouldn't load my member number at first. It takes a day or so for it to recognize your a member. Other than that I really like the fact that I can get to the coupons and that when I'm traveling I can use them. Awesome app!

So far beyond hancock's it hasn't given me anything I can use.

I don't know what others are complaining about. I've had this app since day one and through all the upgrades and haven't had one issue. It works great! Enjoy! I sure am. Love the deals and the gift cards received that I can use for shopping at Hancock Fabrics!

I was told by the customer service rep to use the website on my phone since the app doesn't work. Guess they have no plans to fix it. Unfortunately even if I could use the app, there are only 30 Eating deals there compared to over 250 on the website for my area. None of the ones I want, of course, even if I could manage to log in and get to them on the app. But, wait! It gets better. When I try to use the discounts I want on the website, it tells me to either print out the deal (so handy when you're not at home) or "GO TO THE APP" which of course doesn't work, and their own people tell you not to use it. I have not been able to use any deal from this travesty of a "discount" site yet. I also talked to their Tech Rep on the phone, and he couldn't get my member number to work on the App either. It just keeps saying "Whoops! Something doesn't look right." Cutesy and totally annoying. Perhaps they have a deal with phone manufacturers to try to get people angry enough to throw their phone in rage. That would be a deal for them, and I guess someone should get something out of this thing. It certainly isn't us. Samsung S4.

Great promises by the sales lady in the store,I am now trying to register and it is ridiculous!!! Tried a bunch of times to get a password eventually got it set now it tells me the membership number is invalid??? I hate doing these darn so called deals and points cards I had a "brain fart" and fell for the sales talk bad on me!!! I am going to unsubscribe ... the only bad part is they have my details and credit card number!!!!!

This is not even letting me sign on using my phone. Keeps saying that my membership number is not active! Being able to use a mobile app on mg phone was one of the main reasons I subscribed to "Designer Deals" in the first place! PLEASE FIX ASAP!!!

This app ONLY worked once after initial install. Each time I tried to use it after that, it says there are zero deals and that my member number is invalid. Uninstalled then reinstalled: same thing. Works right after installation and then nothing

I've tried it. Shows 'no deals' in a 25 mile radius of Omaha, Ne. Went online and found lots. Same phone, sitting in same chair, just using the website instead of the app. Tried it again. Uninstalled. Reinstalled. Nope. I like the idea of this club, but if the app doesn't function, i can't get the moble discounts. You lost a customer.

downloaded the app, i tried several times to open it, but it does not open at all. screen stays frozen. cannot open whatsoever. FIX IT!

I cannot believe how many times I've tried to use this app and have it fail. I have yet to utilize DD offers. Every email I've sent for help they give me a response that is unhelpful and makes me believe the tech support doesn't even know what's wrong, or believes its user error. Well I am positive it is not user error but the app itself. When there are more negative reviews on your app, that must tell you something is wrong. Don't bother with the app. Use your computer and get the online deals.

Samsung galaxy s5 does not allow any profile to be saved. error messages everywhere!

Have to log in every time. Need to fix, and include "redeem with photos of receipts" instead of printing forms and mailing which cost more than most rebates.

Couldn't find any deals near me. Kept telling me that info wasn't there when it was. Going to cancel.
