I use Accela Automation and use the app on the Iphone (what we use at work). I downloaded the Android app to my personal phone to see what it's like (and maybe convince my employer to switch). I log in with my credentials, but all I get is a little window that says "Logging in, please wait..." and rotating circle to let me know it's thinking. However, I've let it go like that for over 15 minutes, and it never logs in to my account.

Won't log in.. little window says logging in, but never does. What am I missing. I've downloaded the Code Officer and Inspector both do the same thing. I have Samsung g3.

My department just went to Accela Automation and Accela Mobile Office in the field. This app is a great tool for a field inspector such as myself. We unfortunately can't use it to result inspections because the app doesn't allow any inspection time entry and our policy requires that we enter how much time the inspection takes. The other thing is the app doesn't provide a hyperlink phone number for the field person that scheduled the inspection, just the company's main office.

can't get the app to work correctly. i think it may have been over sold.
