Accel WMS

The service center of Seagate is very bad their worker didn't tocking style is not soo good very cheap touching style and also didn't solve the problem increase the problem....

I am not happy with this service centre I hate this service 2times. I hate this

The app did nothing. After entering the call id, all it gave was the name of the person who registered the product. Nothing about the time of collection or pick up date is mentioned. For the end user this is useless. It did however give contact info, which is also useless! Why would anyone download an app to check contact info?

App resets on orientation change. There is no option to save the call ids, doesn't open the settings option, shows the smaller version of status.

I am not able to track. only its showing connection timeout and app now automatically switches to SMS mode for users with no internet connection sms charge will apply but i didn't got any reply sms or status

Great app to know status

It works. Let's me see the status of my drive but only the short version. Would be great if I could see a detailed status report. And the Settings option doesn't work. No matter how much I try it will not let me enter in Settings. Also the app resets every time the screen changes from portrait to landscape and vice versa.
