Attendance

Fix this login issue, please! (It denies me to log into my Google profile.) It used to be the only usable attendance app, but it is no longer the case.

I want to use it but can't. I used to use it all the time until I changed over to a samsung tablet and now I can't even get the support or help I need to get it going again. Is there anyone out there who can help?

1. While adding class, it shows only 2 boxes. i.e Username and Password not the spreadsheet name as shown in video. 2. Showing invalid username /password always.

I've had the same issue as others have had: I am unable to sync with my google account, despite following their online instructions.

It would be perfect if you could have a column for student numbers before the surname, and also if we could create a column for each class, with the abesnts marked for each date.

Download multiple times on different devices. Keeps giving me error message. Stop trying. ..

This app looks fine but simply didn't work.

Well that's 2 hours of my life I'll never get back. Tried to set it up....wouldn't recognize google username/passwords....wouldn't open the spreadsheet. Seriously? Don't advertise it if it doesn't work!

I never gained access to the app. After trying several times I have given up on the promises that this would be a great app. Shame on Google for such an inferior product.

I have used this app for many semesters, but last semester, the app stopped locating my spreadsheets. I waited patiently until the middle of the semester, but I had to go with another program. I tried again this semester, but still no dice. So frustrating. I'm really sad that such a great program has become my least favorite of all time. Going to find another way to keep attendance. Bah, Android for Academics. Quit advertising products that don't work.

I was really wanting this app to work, but when after following the guidelines to the LETTER (based on the help page example) it still says it cannot access my spreadsheet information! I even downloaded the Google Sheets app and got all of my spreadsheets downloaded on to my device to circumvent any possible wifi issues. But nothing helped. And now it is saying that my log in info is not valid, even though I have confirmed it is correct and it is the same information I used only one hour ago to access my documents. Please fix these issues (as it seems I am not the only person having them) because the set up of this app is wonderful and should be really easy to work with, if the app itself was working right.

The app has worked well for a year and now it fails and closes when I try to open one attendance sheet. It does it every time on only this one sheet. All others working correctly. Jan 2015. Uninstalled and re-installed app on my tablet and phone. Still will not work with either. Message that information on spreadsheet cannot be found, then it stops.

I figured out how to sign on (I had to disable a security feature in my Google account that disallowed non-Google apps to connect). But, when I tried to connect to the spreadsheet, I kept getting a message that the app could not read the spreadsheet. Disheartening. I had hoped to use this, as it sounds like a great idea. Hope the kinks are worked out.

Great App. I've used this app all last year, but this year when trying to set up my classes I keep getting an error message "There was a problem retrieving data from your spreadsheet" Please try again. It all started when google forms updated forms automatically. Any suggestions? Thanks

After use and my view about this application

Can't find the spreadsheets on my nexus, no problem finding them on other devices.

Nexus 7 doesn't find any files on googledocs. Please, fix the bug and let us know. Meanwhile, we have to try something different.

This app works perfectly until I activated my google 2step verification, then this app is malfunction. I can't sync my spreadsheet. Please fix this problem. Thanks

This works really well on Android Ice Cream Sandwich, but unfortunately on Jelly Bean (Nexus 7 and Nexus 4) this does not find any spreadsheets on Google Drive. A shame as i really want to use the app

Great integration into google docs. But when I rotate my phone, I lose all progress marking attendance. Needs an option to freeze orientation, or save state when rotating, very frustrating as of now.

The new look is great!! :) Thank you for the "Excused" option and the other options too.

Didnt help at all...

I have installed this app, in the hope that it would deliver what is promised. Much to my dismay, after i encoded my class list and would now add class to the app itself, it keeps on denying me access through this repetitive prompt: "invalid username/password" which I think was absurd due to the fact that I have entered the details correctly every time.

I am providing correct usename and password but it says invalid!

I keep getting a message saying it couldn't find the data.

Extremely easy to set-up on a google drive spreadsheet.... just have one column student names roster, then the app sets-up the formulas linked to that spreadsheet. Extremely easy to take attendance via the cell phone.
