نحو عصر جديد للتحكيم.. تبرز أهمية التوفيق والتحكيم في هذا التوقيت انسجاما مع عصر العولمة والنقلة النوعية التي تشهدها المنطقة العربية متمـثلة بانضمامها إلى منظمة التجارة العالمية وتشجيع الاستثمار الأجنبي.

وإيمانا بأهمية التطوير المستمر للأفضل وتجانسا مع النقلة الشاملة المأمولة للوطن العربي بموجب إيجاد بيئة تحكيمية وتوفيقية متخصصة في العالم العربي، يكون لها السبق و المتخصصه والريادة بهذا المجال حاملة بين طياتها خيرة الكفاءات من أصحاب الخبرات والمؤهلات العلمية ومتخصصة بالتحكيم الدولي كوسائل معتبرة في تسوية النزاعات حفاظا على مصالح المستثمرين ورجال الأعمال وكافة من ينشد آملا منه في إيجاد الحل العادل له.

لقد جاءت فكرة إنشاء محكمة متخصصة في التحكيم تسمي “محكمة التحكيم العربية” استجابة لما تقتضيه المرحلة من تطوير في إدارة إجراءات التحكيم وحث لتطوير قواعد التحكيم الإجرائية الحالية لكي تتوافق والمعمول به دوليا رغبة في النهوض بهذا المجال لما فيه خدمة كافة القطاعات الحيوية في العالم العربي وإن القائمين على هذا المحكمة ليأملون بعملهم هذا وضع حجر الأساس لمشروع حقيقي قادم لتطوير التحكيم في العالم العربي و الدولية – فتم تاسيس المحكمة العربية للتحكيم بهيئة الامم المتحدة واصبحت منظمة عربية دولية تابعة لهيئة الامم المتحدة اعتباراً من عام 2016م ومن هذا المنطلق نهيب بكل من يقوم بتصفح موقع المحكمة و موقع هيئة الامم المتحدة على شبكة المعلومات الدولية أن يطلع على أنشطة المحكمة وإسهاماتها المتنوعة، وأن يكون عضوا فاعلا في هذا المحكمة لما فيه من المصلحة العامة. والله من وراء القصد، Towards a new era of Arbitration .. highlight the importance of conciliation and arbitration at this time, in line with the era of globalization paradigm shift taking place in the Arab region, represented by its accession to the World Trade Organization and to encourage foreign investment.
