Allah Elçisi salləllahu aleyhi və səlləm buyurmuş­dur: “Üç şey xoşbəxtliyin, üç şey isə bədbəxtliyin əlamətləridir. Xoşbəxt­liyin (birinci əlaməti odur ki,) həyat yoldaşın əməli­saleh qadın olsun, onu görərkən halın daha xoş olsun. Ondan ayrı düşdük­də isə həm ondan, həm də əmlakından arxayın ola biləsən.
(İkinci əlamət odur ki,) səni dostlarına çatdıra biləcək yüngül miniyin olmasıdır. Üçüncü əlamət isə; geniş və çox xidmətli mənzilə sahib olmaqdır.
Bədbəxtliyin əlamətlərinə gəldikdə onlar­dan birincisi odur ki, həyat yoldaşınla üz-üzə gəlməyin halı­nın pisləş­mə­sinə səbəb olsun, onun dilindən daim əziyyət çəkmiş olasan və ondan ayrıldığın zaman nə onun özündən, nə də öz əmla­kından arxayın ola biləsən. İkinci əlamət; ağır tərpənən miniyin olmasıdır ki, onu vurdu­ğun zaman səni yorar, buraxdığın zaman səni dostlarına yetiş­dir­məz. Üçüncü əlamət isə; az xidmətli mənzilə sahib olmaqdır”. (əl-Hakim, 2684). Salləllahu Messenger of Allah, peace and blessings be upon him said: "Three things happiness, three things are the signs of the disaster.
