We use this on our laptops with no issues, though as yet untested by theft / loss. However, when we purchased an additional license for our new Lenovo Tab 4 10 running Android 7 / Nougat, the install process would not initialize. Lojack tech support said that this version of OS is not supported. We did get a timely refund, so customer service is fine. Android is getting more prevalent, and Lenovo is listed as a Lojack partner, and I hope Lojack can figure out licensing or whatever is needed to support these devices.

I can download and install it, but when I tap the icon to run and register it, Android 4.4.2 says it had to stop and gives me the error reporting screen.

I downloaded this program thinking it was something else & then unnstalled it to only have my Antivirus warm me that this program is continually restarting. How can this happen after it has been removed?!? I am very upset & now my phone is sluggish, over heating, freezing up & randomly turning itself off. Looks like this program is SPAM!!! ...is the LoJack app for my cars -- but that one is incompatible with my Nexus 5 phone. WTF is wrong with this picture? Oh, and this app for mobile devices? I can track and disable my phone or tablet with the Google Play device manager; what would I need this for?
