Used for a week so far, and the only glitch I have seen, is that I someti.es have to hit analysis twice to get it to properly refresh. Speaking of which, the analysis log is my favorite tool. It let's me see the full breakdown of +- calories, nutrition and vitamins. The very best part is the grading scale. It gives each food a grade and also gives you an overall grade for how you did that day. I am competitive, so it forces me to strive for the A rank. It helps keep me motivated and focused.

I am a diabetic looking for an app to help me track my carb intake. I've found the food database to be excellent. This app's activity log is very good but could be improved to include a pedometer or allow the user to enter steps for each day or distances. Since I'm a 67 yr old diabetic with heart issues, all I need is the steps feature. I would also like to see the app track sleep time. Otherwise, this is an excellent app to consider.

Works well for me and I like that food contain a weight do I can measure how much I'm eating. Update: Started showing me annoying and intrusive ads. Not good. Would be 5 star if they could get rid of ads after paying the remove ad fee.

Doesnt seem to b a better app but leaves too much guess work..the camp feed never loads since first installed

Why would i want to know how many rocks or stones worth of food I ate? This pre-20th century app has no place on the Internet.

Q70%
by Q####:

The sliders to input your height and weight are terrible. Also, I input my current weight and goal weight and somehow it still has my calories at 1700 per day ( when I know it should be around 1200).

Q70%
by Q####:

Adding activities is very difficult in the app. On the website you can add a day of favorites wit 2 clicks...here you have to do them 1 at a time. Also, you cannot access your recipes in the app.

I WOULD rate it 5 if you guys would fix the stupid invalid weight error. I entered my starting weight at 185 pounds and my goal weight at 170 pounds and the next three months and it's saying that it's invalid and that I have to mark my goal weight for March of 2024 and its 2016! I'm pretty sure it does not take 9 years to lose 15 pounds! Fix this setting because it doesn't matter what I change the weight settings to it does not allow me to set a goal weight!

The app works well, very easy to use. The Barcode scanner makes finding food ridiculously fast. Only problem is i can't create a recipe from the app. I will have to go onto the computer, which just makes it the slow, time consuming process. Please add an option to create recipes from the phone. Disappointed! Used for one day then decided not to open. Also when customising food more options for serving size or weight needs to be available. For example I would like the option to add ml's instead of just grams. Also international measuring needs to be available. Here in the uk we hardly use cup size. I mean what is the standard cup size for you Americans? A small tea cup or something bigger??

This app freezes, gets mixed up and has incorrect information out the wazoo. Always double check what you're putting in with Google because it will have your food 100 calories over on some, and 50 under on others.

Have had this app before and found it really good for keeping track of what I'm eating as I'm cooking so I don't go over. Deleted it to make space but have slipped so reinstalled and now can't login with Fb like normal or using my username! Using an HTC desire 5

I used this aboutb 5 years ago. It took the boring task of writing things down. What appealed to me the most was the "grading system." It helped me with motivation.

I've used this app since high school and recently it's been slow and doesn't refresh sections for a few minutes. There are also sections that completely refuse to load for me, and currently the app no longer works on my phone. It freezes after opening. The app would be a lot better if I could actually use it.

The exercises have nothin from the gym or crossfit. To generic. Show nothing for cleans, push press, deadlifts, thrusters, kettle ball swings, battle ropes.

This program has several errors and will only lead to aggravation. Some of the features work flawlessly. Otherwise I would rate the application only as 1.

It works fine...when it actually works. I spent a stupid amt of time inputting items that weren't in the database only for them to save and show up in the list for use every once in awhile. Get the sparkpeople tracker, almost everything that wasn't in this database comes up in that one and it works way better. This one isnt worth your time. Uninstalling after I finish this review.

This app just got deleted. I tried several times to create an account & was unsuccessful each time, would not let me create an account. Don't have time for the foolishness

S70%

They assign me the password I entered and instead emailed me & assigned me a 32 character password and I can't find anywhere to change it. No way will I ever remember a 32 character password! Not sure if this is just an app that is phishing for identities. I would highly stay away since you can't make password changes. Bummer, I really was looking for this app to work. I guess I should have read the other poor reviews first.

This app was great at first, but I eventually got frustrated with it. It has a vast database of foods to choose from, which was great, and is generally pretty easy to use. However, I wasn't able to go back and edit a custom food after accidentally entering the wrong amount, so I had to delete it and start over from scratch. I also couldn't add a photo of an item I scanned which wasn't in the database yet. Ran into a few error messages as well. Overall, it's a good app but it didn't work for me.

Even though the site has a place for you to connect your fitbit it never seems to sync up. Please fix this. I left another site for yours because I like a lot of the features offered. Not being able to sync my fitbit might just be the deal breaker for me.

I need to be able to put recipes that includes the calorie amounts of all the foods added together, I need to be able to set the serving size type to whatever I want (ex. Cup, piece, tsp, etc.) instead of just grams, and I need a more comprehensive scanner almost any food that isn't by some huge name brand will not come up and request that you make a custom food (which is annoying since you can't add a proper serving size), if all issues are addressed my review will change to a five

At first I liked this app, but then it wore on my nerves. First of all I hated all the post that came up first with the app. A lot of people abscessing about eating a bite of a cookie and going over 1000 calories a day...give me a break. Then there were the grades...a lot of healthy items were given C or F. If you want A's you have to eat celery and drink water. This app should be renamed the "starving model app".

I love how I can keep up with my nutrition. Two things I think should be added are a long term chart where you can see your nutrition by the week or the month. I go through each day and mark everything on a piece of paper in order to find any trends for nutrients I get too much of or not enough. I also noticed there is no sugars on the analysis chart. I think this should be added. I found another app that tracks your sugar so do not use this one much. I love how I can track my water too. Other app doesn't.

What's with the annoying disappearing reappearing ad at the bottom? As soon as you are about to log food, it appears and you inadvertently touch it causing your browser to open, kicking you out of the app which sends you to somebody's stupid website. Greed, I tell you.

After signing up I was pleased with all aspects of this application. My main goal is calorie counting and for me it works

Q70%

If you're good at counting calories and sniping nutritional information, this app will do little more. However, this is great because numbers in front of me drive me the most to succeed. Great app!

This keeps me on track. This website and app are awesome for me. I've been consistently using them for over a year. The Web features are even better bc I can see what nutrients I'm not getting enough of as well as easily calculate and save my recipes.

Y70%
by Y####:

Love the detail and features available in the app but there is just so so so much room for improvement. The lag is so bad sometimes I have to kill the app. Being able to create custom recipes online is great but hasn't made it to the Android app yet. Also, why can't I copy and paste a meal from one day to another? Why do my recipes from the internet not sync with the app? Did you fire your developers? Samsung Note 4

Must create and account and even when create using Google+ doesn't let me in. Basically just steals data from your account and doesn't give anything in return. Uninstalled.

I70%
by I####:

Everything I want and need but wish I could add goals from the app, must go to the website to do that. An option for custom goals would make this so much better than just having choose from the ones listed. Cant save a custom activity to favorites. The points redeeming is nonsence because they are outdated or make you pay for shipping. Love the virtual rewards though! Will not let me completely start over either. Love everything else! Love camp! Oh the developers do not respond to anything though.

I should have updated this a while ago. The application now has an excellent search function for foods, but very weak for activities. Hence, no 5 stars. Example: I search for "snow" because I've been blowing snow all day ... only snow shoeing comes up, because it only looks for the search term at the beginning of the activity. So "operating snow blower" never comes up. This is a serious rookie mistake. Anyway, it is otherwise excellent and I highly recommend it. But until search works, you are better off using the web page, which searches very well, for your activities.

Deleted immediately, MUST create an account. Can't even look around to see what it looks like and how things work. Don't waste your time.

Y70%
by Y####:

There is no way to create, manage, or log your recipies as a meal from the app. You can from the website, but logging on from a desktop at every meal isn't practical and makes the app completely worthless.

J70%
by J####:

This app is all good and everything until I realized that it was telling me what I can and can't do. I know there are health risks involved with losing a weight in a short period of time but it is doable very easily and the app shouldn't stop me from putting what ever goal I want in. A simple warning would have done the trick but stopping me all together from putting the weight lose goals I want is just frustrating now instead of aiming for 1000 calories I have to aim for 1500 which isn't what I want.

I am a diabetic, so it would be really helpful to see food intake alongside blood sugar levels. Also, when adding a bar code food the serving can only be entered as grams. Useless for drinks except water . I like the activity (i.e. exercise! ) Good overall and I continue to use it daily with uploads to linked social site.

S70%
by S####:

Unobtrusive ads. Turn off the social interaction piece. Nothing fancy. Download the scanner and scan what you eat. Huge database with most store brands included. OK so it is missing some features, who cares? It doesn't ask for your credit card or even your address. Best free app I ever used as far as intruding on my privacy goes.

I like this calorie counter so far. It's very easy to navigate and keep track of your caloric intake. In the Analysis, I think it would be a good idea that each category on the nutrition spread have a drop down list of foods to eat to help reach the desired goal. . . so the protein could have a drop down list with fish, chicken and so forth.
