The Physician Assistant National Certifying Exam (PANCE) - the initial certification exam.
PANCE is a computer-based, multiple-choice test comprised of questions that assess basic medical and surgical knowledge administered at Pearson VUE testing centers. Cost $475
The material on NCCPA's certification and recertification exams can be organized in two dimensions:
Organ systems and the diseases, disorders and medical assessments physician assistants encounter within those systems; and
The knowledge and skills physician assistants should exhibit when confronted with those diseases, disorders and assessments.

Not sure where data came from, and answers had weird abbreviations, without complete thought!! Good to jog your memory of topics,but bad to study.

Font is tiny, no way to change. Many answer don't match up with questions. A ton of information is cut off. Expect better for a paid app
