Increased by 10 not double.
During start-up the app pops up an error message stating that the app needs to restart..... over and over again. I never got to see what this app could do.

I'm a big fan of Smith's training advice but this app fails to load.
Downloaded the app but it never ran. Once launched it went into a restart required message and would not recover
The app freezes all the time, poor notifications aka doesn't work , the sample work out routine only shows half when I flip to vertical screen the sample is stuck horizontal
I can't even open the app on my Galaxy 5. Same goes for the pull ups app. I'd be happy to change this rating if I could get into the app and use it.

Kept receiving an error message upon trying to open the app. The error message would just keep popping up and I couldn't close the app. Had to power down the phone to clear the looping message.
Not compatible
This app had some decent features but it continually crashed. Do not buy until updated
Got this because i have the training program. Found it ok to push myself but then it failed to make any progress statistics. Only counts down or up, but no way to input if you did more reps than 10 no way to input number of sets. Doesnt follow the 14 day program especially when all odd days you were to do the total number of reps in as few sets as possible.

This workout app works great. I completely doubled my pushups from 30 to 60

Great app but if you finish the days workout then it gets caught in a restart loop that actually interrupts everything. You need to go into settings and force stop the app, and this is made more difficult by the app piping up and saying it needs to restart. Would like a refund but it was too late by the time the bug surfaced. Buyer beware. You can get the same benefit by just doing 120 push-ups a day for 14 in no less than sets of 10. Each day try to increase the amount of tells each set, 15, 20, etc.
