Smart Cookies Cupboard

It's another disappointment after the catastrophe of a cookie season we had 2015-2016. ABC bakers made so many promises and 2 years later they still cannot follow thru.

I can login on the website but in the app it says my credentials are wrong with no way to fix it

I find this issue sad that it has not been resolved after so many years later and complaints that managers still cannot log in. At this point we shouldn't have to email ifbabcbakers@gmail, but I have and I am still waiting for a response.

I can't log in. I am able to log in on the website but not the app. I've heard other leader have the same issue. Disappointing, I was looking forward to utilizing this during this cookie season.

Great idea....But we need for the leaders. I hate having to do everything on paper at the meetings and drops and then juggle everything back home and record it on my PC. Having an app would make the cookie sale so much simpler. Imagine if we could link that to a credit card reader!

This would be very useful for the troop cookie managers to be able to use and not just cupboard managers. Very disappointing that I cannot use this to take care of my troop orders.

Horrible. Can't login. Support tells you to unistall & re-install. Who has time for that?

When I go to log in it says invalid credentials. I can log in to snap online with no problems. PLEASE FIX THIS!!!

Using my login and password for ABCSnap, I am unable to log in to SNAP Cupboard. Please fix!!! I manage 2 troops, and this would make my life soo much easier!

I can log into the online version but not the app. It keeps telling me my info is incorrect..

Having the sane issue as ev one else. I am the cookie manager and I can log in on my computer but not this app. I've caked the help desk and they could not help me either. They told me to uninstal and reinstall. It did not work.

Is this even being used any more? Asks for an email and I was never asked for an email at signup on the ABC coco direct thing. You would think these two apps would pass credentials to each other

keeps saying invalid credentials even though I can log in on the Web version and on my laptop. Girl Scouts shouldn't announce or offer this option if they haven't used it themselves and actually tested the site. Going to uninstall because I do not want space to be used up for useless apps

Is anyone even using this? I can't log in even asking to reset password.

I'm looking forward to using this tomorrow and like that a can sort by date and edit orders. One option I would like have is to be able to view in UOM of cases. For those having trouble with "credentials" make sure your council has you down with cupboard access. I had that problem until my access was changed. Update: Downgraded due to an annoying bug. Viewing orders is in packages. Editing orders says packages, but it's in cases. This is a real pain when making a change to an order.

Will not let me log in!!! Uninstalled, reinstalled, still won't let me. Can log in fine on my computer. Are the log in credentials not supposed to be the same!?!

I am not able to log in. I went to the abc snap website, reset my password - no luck. Uninstalled and then reinstalled the app still nothing using the same password I use to access *successfully* the snap website. Tried the in-app password reset but it was completely unresponsive.

Same problem with CocoMobile app- I can access Snap on my computer but cannot sign in successfully on these apps.

I own a droid turbo. App keeps saying my credentials are wrong.

We can log in on the website but we can't log in using the app. Hoping this will be fixed by the time cookie selling starts. Even after cookie season started the app still does not let us sign in. The app is not worth it.
