Smart Cookies Mobile

Like everyone else, I can't get signed on to the app, but can on the site. Also, while on the dashboard, on the site itself, it's not saving all of the changes (I put in our troop's goal, toggled to a different page, then back to the dashboard and it was gone). I also don't see where the roster of my girls is on the site. I am REALLY not looking forward to cookie season with brand new software that's so messed up AND foreign to all of us :/

This app does not work at all. Able to log in on the web site but not with this app. Update: my daughter is able to log in--this app is only for girls. As of early 2018 it appears there is no app support for anyone at the troop or service unit level, only for girls and people at the council/cupboard level. There's a link in this app that starts a web browser to connect to the ABC web site, though.

Making it so that the email address is required makes this app completely useless. Not everyone has an email or wants to give it out especially those people that by cookies when they see you walking through the mall with your cookie cart. So there are certain orders you can't enter in the app at all. Making the totals incorrect. The only thing that should be required is the name and that it.

Was able to log in fine the 1st two days. Now it's telling me that my credentials are invalid. I verified I had the right information by logging into the desktop version and it was fine. I have several orders to distribute but now I am having to work from memory. Back to paper and pen. :(

Was working fine for the past week and now I can no longer log in, as it is telling me that my credentials are invalid. I have verified several times that I am entering the correct login and password, and everything I am entering is correct. Very poorly designed app!!!

I was able to login as long as i use my user name..NOT my email address. For emails of the customers I always just put fake emails in, it would be nice if this was not required. I wish there was a way to accept credit cards on the app or for local delivery of the customer orders online, not just for direct ship. It would also be nice if the orders would transmit to the troop leader so we didnt have to turn the cookie order forms in on paper.

I can login just fine, the only problem is the app makes your login expire after so many hours and you have to login again. Why so annoying? Who is gonna steal my cookies?

This app is worthless it will not let me enter an order with just the name. It requires an email address and I sell to a lot of senior citizens who do not have email. It also would not let me enter both my girls under the same account so I could switch users. I had to have another user name and password. I have 2 girls selling and I have downloaded the My Family Cookie app and it is so much easier to deal with for keeping track of my inventory and sales sure wish it was associated with ABC bakers

I don't know if anyone has had this problem, but the number of cookies sold on my home page is different than the number of cookies sold on my order summary. Which is right? I guess we will find out as we pass out cookies. Wish we would have kept a paper form to compare. #frustrated. Also don't like having to add an email address with every order. If you're going door to door, not everyone wants to give you their email address!

This app is poorly designed. You can't import contacts so you have to manually enter each person's name and email address, and the user interface is not intuitive or engaging.

Wish I could give zero stars. Haven't been able to login to the app at all because of msg saying invalid credentials. Press to reset password, change it, and does the exact same thing repeatedly. Why bother?

Cookie Captains are not available to use, only for the girls. Also any sales entered in here does not transfer over to the website for the Cookie Captain. Girls still have to take these orders, add them to their card orders, and then email everything to the Cookie Captain. Completely useless!!! Still no credit card use in our council, would of been nice to have that incorporated in app. Come on ABC Bakers/IBM/Girl Scout Councils... Can we bring the e-commerce technology into the current century at least???!!!! Snap was easier to navigate. This is just pointless!!

When it works, it's beneficial. It tells me that I have invalid credentials but I'm able to use the same credentials on the website with no problems. I've now lost over half my orders since I was tracking them in the app.

The app says my login info is invalid, however I am able to log in on a computer to the site. Useless if I can't log in.

the idea is good but has flaws. I cant see all orders made only some and its numbers dont always match with the website. work out the kinks and it will be a great tool

Got kicked off and when I was able to get back online I couldn't register my other daughter! I have changed password and username. I'm going to have to contact next. I'm just so faustrated!!

The app is missing the Trios cookie.... It's on the website but not the app which is annoying as..... Well ya'all know.

It worked the first week, had all my orders in and now like everyone else it says my credentials are invalid and I have no access. I didn't have my orders written down. I sure hope there is a way to get to the orders so I can write them down. Worse app ever. Don't download.

The app worked for me, but I had to some figuring out. One suggestion for the developers for the next iteration- Don't require emails for the orders. That's too much for a little girl taking orders from people she knows.

Not a great start to new infrastructure. Able to log into the new website without issue but the app says the same password is invalid on mobile.

Not everyone wants to give out their email when paying in cash and the fact that I can't record or tack my sales without the person's email address is disappointing.

It keeps saying invalid credentials and won't sync to my account on the website. Major fail!

This app makes it super easy to keep track of the cookies my daughter sells. I love that in the summary you can see how many boxes of each kind you have sold. Last year when we used the app we put in our own email address for most orders. This year we discovered you can just put a blank space in the email spot and it lets you continue.

Created a profile online but when I tried to log on the app it says my password is invalid. Very frustrating.

This mobile app won't allow me to log in on a Galaxy 7. Yet I can go online and login with no problem. Is there a specific platform needed for this app to work or does it need to be update to work with newer android platforms.

This app has never worked on any android device I have used.

Girl could login, goal was there but none of her sales, so not integrated. I could not login as cookie mom even though I could login on the web. Will ABC Bakers EVER get this right?!?

Just like everyone else, I can not sign onto the app with my cookie manager account, nor can my daughter with her girl account.

Credentials invalid, hoping they get on the ball and get it fixed before cookie season.
