Crashes and fails to submit order. Either submit directly or save to Amerisource times out. The program just randomly stops responding. It would be nice if it actually worked. But it doesn't. Seems about par for the course with Amerisource.

This app makes ordering very time consuming, especially if you put your order in at the end of the day. Speed it up and make an option for quick entry 10 or more item numbers at a time.

Update: I can now log in. I have not tried ordering yet. Apparently my log in credentials expired on this app but online, I was able to log in 2 more days before it expired. Old comment: Can't log in with username and password I use for online. It rejected my info telling me my password has expired.

If you are not able to log-in with your normal credentials, try clicking "Enable Proxy Setting", it worked for me.

I can't log in to my store's passport page with our username/password.

I just used it Saturday and it was fine. Then I tried to use it today and it couldn't find any products, I guess this was due to the update, but now I have unintalled and reinstalled and now it works fine. But I have to say, I hate the new scanner. It is not as sensitive as the previous version. You have to get super close.
