About Clip On!
Clip On! is a very simple and elegant Clipboard manager which gives you full control of your clips.
Any type of text, at any time, on any app that you copy on your Android Device will be saved for your convenience inside this app. It gives you access to all those copied clips, so that you can reuse, share or modify these clips as you desire.
* All clips will be stored, regardless from where in the phone they are copied.
* Ability to search, edit , add new notes and mark them starred for easy access
* Ability to share all these clips with any compatible app.
* Useful shortcut - long tap on any clip entry to copy it back to clipboard
* Smart Detect - Now all clips will be detected to categorize them into notes or links. More categories coming soon.
* Useful animation to enhance user interaction.
* Minimal battery usage.
* Ability to turn off this service if not needed
* Designed as per Google Material Design specs
* Completely free and No-Ads. Its not for profit :)
* Support for Android 4.1 and above.
* Only permission it needs is RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED - which basically restarts the service on boot up.
Note : Due to Android background service restriction, once this service is active, it will have a minimal notification in the notification panel. This helps in running the service more reliably.
What to Expect Next?
Following are the things that are worked on and can be expected soon enough:
* Full Material design
* Smart detect is rolled out for notes and links. Working on numbers and emails. Please request if you need more
categories.
* User customization options are in beta. Mostly around themes and color. Others suggestions are welcomed.

feedback).
* Tablet only UI planned (Working on beta right now)
* Android Wear support planned :)
Please come back to me with feedback, suggestions or anything you have in mind, which might help

Clip On! is right on the money and it only took me 2 minutes to come to this conclusion. I copy and paste often enough to need a clipboard manager but not all the time where I need the manager to always want to be running in the background and collecting what I copy. It's simple and effective and easy to turn off when you don't want it running. The only one that comes close is clip stack but I feel that app tried to do a little too much if you know what I mean. Clip On gives me what I want, when I want it.
