PSODisk

PSODisk è uno strumento visivo e intuitivo, dedicato alle persone affette da psoriasi. Si compone di 10 domande, che esplorano lo stato di salute generale, la presenza di dolore, prurito, la qualità del sonno, della serenità mentale, della vita sociale, la soddisfazione sul lavoro, la vita sessuale, il senso di vergogna e il coinvolgimento cutaneo.

SALUTE - La psoriasi ha compromesso significativamente il mio stato generale di salute
DOLORE - La psoriasi mi ha causato molto dolore fisico
PRURITO - La psoriasi mi ha provocato un prurito insopportabile
SONNO - La psoriasi mi ha seriamente impedito di dormire bene
SOCIALITÀ - La psoriasi ha compromesso gravemente la mia vita sociale (uscire, andare in palestra, in piscina, al ristorante, incontrare amici, ecc.)
LAVORO E ATTIVITÀ QUOTIDIANE La psoriasi ha causato serie difficoltà nelle mie attività quotidiane (lavoro in ufficio o a casa, studio, hobby, impegni familiari, ecc.)
SERENITÀ - La psoriasi ha compromesso gravemente la mia serenità
SESSUALITÀ - La psoriasi mi ha fatto sentire fisicamente non attraente
VERGOGNA - La psoriasi ha colpito significativamente la mia pelle a causa della sua estensione o a causa delle zone sensibili interessate
PELLE - La psoriasi ha impedito di mostrarmi in pubblico come e quanto avrei voluto (in piscina, in palestra, al mare; ho dovuto usare abiti diversi da quelli che avrei voluto indossare)


Istruzioni per la compilazione:
Rispondere alle domande del questionario nell’ordine in cui sono presentate.

L’arco temporale al quale dovrà riferirsi l’utente per dare risposta alle dieci domande è l’ultima settimana precedente alla compilazione. La risposta alle singole domande va riportata selezionando il valore numerico relativo in una scala da 0 a 10 dove:
0 equivale ad ""assolutamente no"" e 10 equivale a ""decisamente si""

I punti così individuati verranno uniti da delle rette fino ad ottenere un poligono.
L’applicazione non è destinata a diagnosticare, trattare, alleviare, curare, prevenire o gestire alcuna malattia.

HEALTH - Psoriasis significantly compromised my overall health
PAIN - Psoriasis caused me much pain
ITCH - Psoriasis caused me an unbearable itching
SLEEP - Psoriasis me seriously prevented from sleeping well
SOCIALITY - Psoriasis has seriously affected my social life (going out, going to the gym, pool, restaurant, meet friends, etc.).
WORK AND DAILY ACTIVITIES Psoriasis has caused serious problems in my daily activities (work in the office or at home, study, hobbies, family commitments, etc.).
SERENITY - Psoriasis has seriously affected my serenity
SEXUALITY - Psoriasis made me feel physically unattractive
SHAME - Psoriasis has significantly affected my skin because of its size or because of the sensitive areas affected
SKIN - Psoriasis prevented to show in public and as much as I wanted (in the pool, the gym, the beach, I had to use clothes other than that I wanted to wear)


Instructions for completion:
Answer the questions in the questionnaire in the order in which they are presented.

The time period to which it will refer the user to respond to the ten questions is the last week before the compilation. The answer to each question be indicated by selecting the numerical value on a scale from 0 to 10 where:
0 is equivalent to "" absolutely not "" and 10 equals "" definitely will ""

The points thus identified will be joined by straight lines to form a polygon.
The application is not intended to diagnose, treat, alleviate, treat, prevent or manage any disease.
