It will not let me sign in, i follow all of the instruction set by you and it won't let me sogn in, it keeps showing a black window alery saying ,username field is required, and password field is required. HELp !!!.

I was excited to download as I thought it would help with my bg management. I use a libre and this wasn't even an option on the app. It didn't seem to do anything except link to the Freestyle website. It would be really great if Freestyle made an app that would actually help see patterns in glucose etc.

What a load of rubbish been trying tologin for nearly a week now & it just keeps going round in ccircles perhaps you don't want any new patients are we just too much trouble?????

What a total disaster your website and Application are. There are dozens of 404 errors, blind ends and meaningless results.. there are buttons that do nothing. After 3 phone calls your system doesn't recognise your own device serial number or my email address. Even writing this response I have to fight the cookie alert that won't go away. If anyone ever reads this you need to sack your it team.
