On25sep2017, the whole day app has not been working. Govt of maharashtra do not want it to work?

Very bad app everytime it shows web server is not responding then what the use of this app really frustrating app thinking to uninstall it...

Unable to report grievances. Seems government do not want to listen. App is just created for show off

Sarkari app. Same as govt machinery. Very slow & doesn't work most of the time. Don't know which idiot made it

Not of any use of this application.. any option i choose it directly go to browser window.. if i have to go through browser then why should I keep ur application to occupy my memory. Worst app

Useless app. I have launched my complaint on 05/11/2017 but even nearly after 2 month still no response or solution from other side.

Unable to post grievance using this app since last 2-3 months.

As good as the sarkar is the aaple sarkar app. It never works and responds.

Does not open or work on any phone , waste of tame , bjp government wastes our mony on advertising this ....

अतिशय चालू कंपनी कडून हे अँप बनविण्यात आले आहे..सरकार ची मनशा साफ असेल पण ह्या असल्या घाणेरड्या अँप मुले सरकार वर संशय येत आहे...कधीच व्यवस्थित अँप चालत नाही नेहमी प्रमाणे सरकारी कामकाजसारखं डोके दुःखी आहे ह्या अँप वर तक्रार नोंदविणे

Lokana vedyt kadta ka ho Tumhi. Application open hot nahi. Webside la problem yeto. Mag kasala chalu kelay aaple sarkar portal. 21 divsat problem solve karnyacha dava karta. 21 divasat website application open zale nahi. Problem solution tar khup dur chi ghost. 0 star

This is a very cheap app. It doesn't support upload photo more than 2MB whereas the mobile phones have high resolution camera capture photo around 5MB. Also there is no category to record issues related to cleaness, street light, dustbins, road, pedestrian at MIDC areas. A lot of work need to be done for making it useful otherwise it will be just a formality with no value addition. Thanks.

Every now and then server seems to lag. Kindly upgrade your server and app so citizens will not face greviance related to grievance redressal application. Kindly do the needful ASAP. Thank you.

No response for the grievance registered for more than 57 and still waiting for the same. App is not working properly at all. Website is too slow.

After seeing other countries Government apps/portal I feel shame for this unworthy (for citizens only) concept This is a big time pass joke Government should deploy well educated people to work on this

When we put the complaint on the grievance section.. we can't load the application status.. It always status is web server down.. whether Its day time or nighttime or early morning 2am or 4am.. the server is always down isn't it jock...

No ullu banaving.. It's not working properly. Don't use if you don't want to frustrate yourself. Because you are going to complain about your issue but the application itself is a very big issue .

I believe this was a good initiative... I did used this app for 4 grievences which were resolved also to The satisfaction... Now app does not allow me to even post new grievence... Looks like The limit is over for me :-(

Very bad app and lokana faswala ahe roz app open karto. Web sevr is not responding asech massage yet.. Devndra faswnis changla lokana chunaa lawlat.

Worst aap ...Same like all govt. App....Even if complain is not solve ....You will get the message that it has been solved...It is my personal experience

It never works after u submit complent. 3rd class app never use it Government just make this kind of app to fool the people.
