What happened to the function to email the reports? The app is useless without that. From 5* to 1* :(

Recent update has prevented me exporting the expense report which makes the app useless. Up until then it was OK

Thanks for your adding more common currencies and fixing bugs. I travel amongst 40+ countries almost weekly and use thus app to keep track of expenses. Keep up the good work!

Contacted developer because when i upgraded the app reinstalled wuthout my data. I still have the lite version but the lite version wont talk to the paid version. Developer hasn't replied

This app is great for the business traveller; however, it appears impossible to actually open the zip file with the receipt pictures in it. We have tried several archive programs with no success. Without the ability to email the report with receipts attached, this good app is rendered useless for our needs. That said, if you don't need the snapshots of the receipts, it's quite useful.

Please improve chart with more colors and lables...chart is extremely useless since we cannot identify which is which ..thanzs

Awesome app for tracking business travel expenses. Simple, easy to use and quick. Helps to ensure you capture all you expense activities. I've reviewed a number of expense tracking app; this is by far the best. Also, great customer support: responsive and patient.

I tried many expense trackers to use on business trips. I didn't need budgeting or income tracking features of other apps.I chose Travel Expense as it's interface is fast and easy to use to enter expenses and take a photo of the receipt. The app will export to a .csv that is sent by email. The hierarchy of tracking expenses is you set up one or more "trips" (these can represent projects), then within a trip, you enter your expenses. You set up categories for expenses. There are default categories (airfare, hotel, meals, transportation, etc) plus you can create custom ones. For each expense, you select the expense category, enter the amount, the currency of payment, and enter a conversion rate. The summary of running cost displays the sum cost in the main currency, though the app stores expenses in the local currency. This hierarchy of project/expense category/cost is perfect for my small business. My main need is to track expenses as they occur so I don't forget them when I put together invoices back at the office. I tend to forget to invoice clients for mileage and cash expenses. 5 stars for minor improvements (have emailed them to developer). Price is right too.

I've used this app for about a year. For some reason the dev has removed the ability to generate reports from both the Lite and the paid versions. An expense report program is pretty worthless when you can no longer get a report out of it. Oh by the way, even if you uninstall the paid app within the 15 minute time limit you do not get a refund. Beware!

Used the trial version on a 3 week business trip to Italy. East and simple to use, i filled it out and snapped a pic after every receipt. Liked it enough to buy the paid version.

Great till for business expenses This works very well indeed, fast to input data and easy to export, and email. Could do with a new improved icon. Bought the full version as well.

Almost great, need more currencies ADD THAI BAHT!! Please include more currencies...specifically Thai Baht!? Time selection is 30 mins off of actual time and selected time. Please add the option to customize/add non-listed currencies. Dropped to 2 stars until I can use in more countries...definitely has potential for 5.
