AAA Mobile

Horrible app. It hardly ever works and the few times it actually logs you in, it buffers for very long periods of time. Very limited options, can't even set up payment reminders for my policies. In sum, it's nothing short of a time - waster. Very disappointing for a company like AAA.

I can't even log in because it doesn't recognize my user name. Even though I clicked "forgot username?", then filled in the username they gave me. Which, by the way, was exactly what I'd been using all along. I can't submit feedback and request help without logging in, thus continuing the cycle.

Ahhhh! I signed up for an online account, I already have a membership. I entered my email and created a password. Received email confirming online registration. Downloaded this stupid app. It asked me to sign in. Incorrect password. Um, no. Reset password? Fine. Receive email to reset, click on link, directed to aaa page. 'You are not authorized to use this page'. WTH?

I agree most of these reviews sounds like paid ads. I personally haven't found this app to be useful at all. The my account area never loads. Where is the bill pay section? This thing needs major major work.

Totally lame. It just connects you to the same phone # on the back of the membership card. When you call, even though you've input all of your membership info/car make/model, etc into the app, you have to verbally tell the operator on the phone all the same info! So, as far as I can tell, the only thing the app does is allow you did not carry the plastic card!?!

I was told by my AAA insurance agent that if I run AAA Drive on my phone and record 1000 miles, I would get a 15% discound. AAA Drive brings my quad-core phone to a crawl. Moreover, it consistently fails to record trips. I just drove a 4-State trip of over 1100 miles with AAA Drive running, and it failed to record any of it! The same thing happened in the past months, the app missed over 80% of the miles I drove, so I was unable to get the discount, and payed an exorbitantly high premium. I'm removing the app and switching to a better and cheaper insurance company.

Last time I had to use this prepaid service I wound up abandoning my vehicle after waiting nearly 4 hours. This time they said they estimate getting to me in 1.5 hours. That's what they said last time. Mind you, this is in a major metropolitan area. If this time is reasonable I will be deleting my bad review.

It's not an app I need every day but it's sucks the life out of my battery. When my phone is idle this app uses 60% of the power. When I need my phone it is almost drained. Considering uninstalling to save my battery. It's not necessary to have for the membership.

Goes in validation circles with the web site. The app recognizes my membership but the web does not. Have spent about a half an hour wasting time with it in a broken down car.

Just a terrible app for monitoring journeys. Aaa require you have aaa drive app in order to get a discount but the app just does not monitor journeys. I have called the tech help, I have my agent and was. They all did a reset apparently but still no monitoring. In fact every few days it keeps losing miles that were previously recorded. If you require certain tools to give your clients discounts make sure it is working properly first! My suggestion is to fire the IT team and start over again because this is a totally incompetent work.

This app is so sluggish. As bad or worse than the website. Uninstalled almost immediately.

Every time iattempt to view my trip tik AAA stops working. I was hoping this would have been resolvef but i log in, try to view my saved trips, get message saying to log in, but doesn't give me the option to log in a second time. SO DISAPPOINTING.

Forgot my password option doesn't work, forwards to website that doesn't load, updating wouldn't work. Android galaxy s7 edge. This is a poor service app.

Doesn't work. Was huge hold time on phone for roadside assistance so I tried the app. It would not let me enter the towing destination address.

WHY would AAA automatically re-activate push notifications upon an update tha now distracts my driving by alerting me with unhelpful and distracting "suggestions" of businesses i should check out WHILE I AM DRIVING? I have previously disabled the push notifications for this reason. I mean, would your company be concerned about that being a roadside service or are you trying to generate more accidents for your towing services? YOU should be ASHAMED!!!

Fortunately didn't have to utilize any service. At least I know I have it available.

I cannot say enough bad about this app. It's the most in user friendly thing I have found for Android

Would not let me sign in. Not a username and password issue. It would not let me press the log in button. Useless.

Other than having my own cell tower service issues, they were on time and polite. Very happy with service from AAA

The app hasn't been recording my journeys since 1.5 months. Donno what's wrong with it.

I can't see any of my insurance info. The bill and when it's due, or my coverage .

Created a triptik online. Send it to my phone, logged on and cannot find it this is horrible

Doesn't remember my account info. The driving directions barely work and make my phone almost stop working.

A great idea I seen commercials for other companies I'm glad Triple-A came out with this app I would be willing to bet it's going to be a awarding app

Can't figure out how to enter destinations in trip mode. Addresses disappear and there is no "save" function.

I think this onboard device ruins my Bluetooth quality to stream. It also makes my phone calls sound like aliens

Had AAA For 6-7 years now and if you use any of their roadside assistance one time it pays for itself for the year.. I had a tow my first year it was 92 miles and I saved enough money for 6 years of a platinum package. LOVE IT...

First time using AAA. My Wife locked her keys in her car and once I purchase the membership online.. they where so helpful and even gave us text alerts on when the technician would arrive I LOVE this.. u guys got a customer for life now.

Provides all the information I need, glad I haven't needed to call them but feel comfortable knowing I have the ability if I needed to.

Can't login cause I already signed up with my laptop. Major glitch.

One of best apps that I have. Easy to use, quick and accurate. Love the various choices to choose from. I find myself on it just for the fun of it.

Good app. Just cant pay my bill. Thats the only bad thing.

Every time I log on error occurs.

Unable to login in, app displays login page, I enter credentials (verified they are correct and work on website), and app just refreshes the login page.
