I was so excited to find this app. It was exactly what I was looking for. After downloading & entering all my info, when I closed it down, it would not re-open. I uninstalled & re-installed it and once again entered my info. Once AGAIN it won't respond. Please get this fixed. It is a great setup but does me no good if I can't access the info.

Basically a glorified note taking format. No standard formats.

Just installed. Auto capitalization would make entry easier. More drop selection such as Dr, date and similar. Backup and restore are imperative. Some reports would be useful. So far looks OK. Look forward to new version.

I thought this was what I've been looking for. I live alone, have a falling problem & other medical conditions, including a heart condition. This looks great, but doesn't work. It won't save info right @ all. Im uninstalling immediately!!!!! Plz fix this. I need something like this.

I love this app everything the doctors or nurses would need to know just in case me or my husband don't remember everything. Thanks guys.

Could use a backup to the SD card and categories like: Major Diseases, Hospitalizations, and Preferred Hospital

Exactly what I was looking for

Have been looking for something such as this for a long time. With a spouse with multiple health issues and being many different meds, this app is just great. Even our Dr was impressed. Highly recommended. Just needs ability to add multiple insurance such as primary, secondary and dental. Also medication dosage. Otherwise, great app for important family info. D

Pros: 1. Easy to use and add multiple members. 2. Can email info if the need arises. Cons: Wish it had a bar code scanner. So that prescriptions could be scanned into the database. Wish it had icons instead of tabs. Tabs are a little difficult to use on phones. Wish the main icon had something to identify it more as a medical app. This would help paramedics if u were unable to talk and they had to search your phone.

I can't say how well this app works considering I was able to add one family member but when I try opening that member I keep getting the forceclose errors. I would still be interested in seeing how this app works if it gets fixed.

Way WAY too easy to delete an entire record. Add a deletion verify or move/make the delete button harder to access
