What are all the permissions needed for? The application does not provide any functionality just text. If forgotten in background so it consumes a lot of CPU and battery. If this should not be a trojan so what would? This kind of info can be provided on simple web page, no app needed.. Will copy the texts and uninstall...

I love medieval themed everything, this has the program that is geared tword that, and a realistic achievable means to an end. Nice work!!!

Potentially a good app, with one fundamental flaw - there is zero progress tracking or automation! So we're left with some basic advice about working out and a written workout plan. I know it's advertised as a simple app, but something resembling a progress counter is an absolute minimum requirement from something like this. It's a shame, because there is clearly some care and personality in the writing, but as it stands, it's basically a glorified text document!
