011Now - International calls

This app just took my money ($10!) and it wouldn't let me place any calls. I want my money refunded! I'm so pissed! How do I go about getting a refund?

This app is a scam, it took$10 from me and it doesn't let you log in again to use the money that you have in the account,always it shows me a log in error, it is a scam.

I lost $10. Even i can not log in. I'm upset! I wanna refund it.

I had $20 on my account. One day it all disappeared. Even tough i contacted them serveral times to get credit, they'd never reply back. My two other friends had same problem. This is scam. Never recommend to anyone.

This app is a scam I had a balance of $48 and all the sudden its gone without making phone calls, called customer support no answer , freaking Indian voice mail. Don't use it!!

Dont download fraud all of sudden after the first couple minutes after i purchase minutes it log me out it will not let me log back in I put my email it says email incorrect and I tried to reset it but my phone company wasn't showing in the option MetroPCS they only have the famous ones but I still pick one everntough it Not the right one it still haven't sent me the message I don't know but I feel like to do that so you could waste your money the app is very cheap like one of those beginners app I entered the email like I put it when I sign up but still telling me email incorrect so you guys I wouldn't recommend

Can't sign in and I'm not doing anything wrong. This app doesn't work. Wil be uninstalling.

I haven't been able to log in for almost a month. I still had some $20 balance in my account.

Actually was never able to try the app. While I was eventually able to sign on to the mobile app, the initial credit for the test call was not there. Since I had read other reviews about problems, I send a problem report to the company on 1/5/2016 explaining the problem. Three days later I have not received a reply and the problem still exists. I disapprove of their business model and will uninstall the product.

I have been using 001 international calling 4 about 8 months now. I find this service really expensive to call Jamaica. The call Quality is okay but there is a delay when talking with my family in Jamaica. Calling Canada it's fine and the rates are great. I give this up to Stars.

This app was very good when I started using it but now I can't login on my new phone and I still have some money in my account. What should I do since I want to continue to use it.

This is a scam. I put 10 dollars in there so i can call my family back home but none of my calls went through. Do not and i really mean it, do not get this app. You will regret it. Its is also not free.

I just rechargeed and I can't make calls, they are asking about fourteen digits code, and I don't know what it's. Please fix this problem.

This ap was working well for me but the the very bad thing about this app is you cannot access thier costumer service when you get a problem and need help.

been using for almost 1 year with no problems then i had to get a new phone and lost my balance of $27.00+

Tried Calling Antigua and Barbuda but keeps directing me to different numbers in the US. Plus took money off. First and last time this app is getting any money out of me

This app started out great...would have given it 5 stars. Then after 3 phone calls, it won't let me sign in...says incorrect e-mail. ..yet they are sending me e-mails to that same address. When I try to register again, just reverts back to sign in page. I've called and written. ..no response. I want this fixed or my money back.

Actual call rate is different than advertising rate. Mobile rate 6.70c

At my first two days of using this app was good then the third time saying that I'm not apply for this service and they eat up my minutes but I didn't even talk to anyone fix it and u gets more rates from me ;)

This app sucks i spent my money and all I get is someone answering the phone then a busy signal everytime I want my money back! its a scam!!

This is way too expansive. Doesn't work. A friend Send this to new and there's no "code". Waste of time

I actually had a CSR tell me that he knows, believes, and understands that I was charged for 29 different 1 minute phone calls that never occurred, yet refused to return the credits to my account. Find another service! This one would rather steal less than $7 from you than keep you as a customer.

Put money Cano even make a call keep telling me app has stopped I want a refund.

The app is good, but the interface is not good. If you change the interface like skype and others I will give you 5 stars, because, the sound is clear, the price is good. I think this is a very good app to call to my country. Thanks

This app has saved me money big time. Its worth trying out. You will be happy you did.
