I have a Samsung Note 2 and I was also extremely frustrated with the difficulty syncing. App would say "successfully paired" but that darn Bluetooth symbol on the device just kept flashing. I wasted a lot of time trying to figure it out, but I may have happened upon the solution. I'm not sure if it was a fluke, but I went to my android bluetooth settings and made my phone visible for 2 minutes, THEN I went to this app, under settings, and it stayed connected. Now, if I could just get am/pm to show...

turn on Bluetooth(do not pair)... open app... bt connect... sync. that's how you connect. do not pair with outside of app or it won't work. as for the wants everyone else expects, you get what you pay for. get the cheapest product, expect the cheapest service. it's easy math. probably the same people that complain about FM/AM radio having commercials.

Won't save my info. Changed my time to military time and won't let me change it back. App needs a LOT of work.

Will not save any progress. And sleep monitoring is nonexistent. Good thing I didn't pay for this product!!

The app syncs with my fitness tracker, but the miles tracked are grossly inaccurate by several MILES. The font is so tiny, it's hard to even read with my glasses on.

scans for itek track but never returns results. I can go to my setting and see it via bluetooth but app can not see it. :(

Just like everyone else it won't sync to my phone. It's going back to the store and being replaced by a Fitbit!

Will not sync. I have a galaxy S4 and the app just goes black after it is supposedly syncing. I thought I was doing something wrong until I read the reviews. Guess that's why it was on sale.

Won't sync my data like other posts I wanted one so bad and got this one and you guys screwed me the other itek app won't let me create new user and says that I'm not registered. No duh and when I try to sync the app just closes and I have to open it and it still says 0 for everything!!!!!! I want my money back or for the company to plz fix this!! It's mean and cruel that they seem to be ignoring the comments with problems.

I'm using an S5 and it seemed to work at the beginning but now it does not read the data. I'll try the other app. Ugh! I really wanted for this to work. :-(

Love this little monitor I loss it. And was going to get a new one for Christmas, but found the old one so happy!

Same as EVERY other post. It does not sync with my phone. It's just a bulky bracelet.

Works with the device but won't save my information and it turned my watch to military time!

Needs ability to stay synced and connected when app isn't open. UI could definitely look better (maybe more in line with Material design) overall though, so far it is a decent app.

It won't sinc

I like the idea. But there isn't much point to it if it wont sync with my device. Its conected. It says it synced but no data shows up on the app....

Tried several times and won't sync. Can't really rate the app if I can't use it fully. Checked phone/Bluetooth and I have the correct versions. Won't save data in the app. Try their other app if this one won't work. Was able to get phone to work in that one.

Of the 2 apps this one will randomly sync sleep data. But both itek apps have problems syncing that data honestly. The step stride can be set in thisolder app but not in the newer app. Both need the developer to upgrade the software so that data can be saved to a csv for import into excel. If it did that I would give it 4 stars & if it could sync sleep data reliably I would give it 5. As-is the product is unreliable and has many flaws. The developer never replied to my email requests for help.

It worked great at first. Then it started went from standard time to military time and I don't know how to change it back. Other than that it's great.

The device is on, the unit initially sync's and says it's connected per the directions and through the app, but before I can load or do anything the device screen turns off and the sync is lost with everything resetting. Fix & test your system before sending it out to the marketplace!

Won't stay connected& won't sync... Uninstalling! Will try again later!!

The app seems to be working, but what good are the graphs and colors without some kind of description of what they mean?

Couldn't get it to work at all. Very disappointing!

Loses shine days data randomly, but when it works out does a good job. More versatility on the app would be good.

Bought two the night before our 5K run and both unit failed miserably. We thought it was an operator error but tried to walk a mile around the block to test it and it crashed 4 times. The 1st unit recorded 29 steps for the whole 5K. The other unit recorded 5 sorry steps. After the 2nd test run....I re~pack it and returned it to the store. HOPE THIS HELPS OTHER CONSUMERS OUT THERE. We rate this HALF a star.

Could not get it to work. Would synchronize, and by end of the day, the app would be as if i just installed it, losing all my info.
