I see no row of red dots, only lines for the normal range (different for each prefecture) and the ability to move a blue line (perhaps triggering an alarm? it does not say). I guess that it is no longer compatible with the Website which (thank you) is still giving detailed data. Despite not working at all as far as I can see or at least having no instructions, I give it two stars for the introduction to the site, which I could have Googled. BTW I read Japanese.
