Vuoi abbinare correttamente cibo e vino?

Se stai studiando per diventare sommelier oppure sei un appassionato che vuole approfondire la conoscenza del vino e del suo abbinamento ai cibi, questa è l’applicazione che fa per te.

L'interfaccia grafica dell'applicazione, e` molto semplice ed intuitiva, dopo aver decifrato i componenti e le caratteristiche principali di entrambi, vanno inseriti in due forma all'interno dell'applicazione, a mezzo di una serie di slider orizzontali.

Dopo aver descritto con un voto da 1 a 10 le caratteristiche del vino e del cibo, l’applicazione traccerà due poligoni relativi al cibo ed al vino. Graficamente, più ampio sarà quel poligono più ampia sarà la struttura del vino o del cibo corrispondenti. Si devono poi esaminare nel poligono se ci sono delle punte che emergono e che prevalgono sulle altre: un vino che presenta per esempio una punta spiccata verso l'acidità ben si abbina con piatti particolarmente grassi oppure, un piatto piuttosto succulento, si sposa bene ad un vino dal tannino pronunciato.

In sostanza sarà possibile effettuare l’abbinamento per contrasto, come consigliato dagli studiosi del vino.

Il risultato che ne dedurrete vi permetterà di valutare la qualità dell’abbinamento e di proporre un abbinamento esaltante ai vostri commensali. Do you want to correctly match food and wine?

The graphical user interface of the application is very simple and intuitive, having deciphered the components and the main features of both, should be placed in two forms within the application, by means of a series of horizontal slider.

After describing a rating from 1 to 10 the characteristics of the wine and food, the application will draw two polygons related to food and wine. Graphically, the wider the range the wider the structure of the wine or food related. You should then examine the polygon if there are any tips that emerge and prevail over the other: a wine that has such a strong tip to the acidity matches well with other ingredients or dishes, a succulent dish rather, it goes well with a wine tannin.

In essence it will be possible to match the contrast, as recommended by the scholars of the wine.

The result will deduct that will allow you to assess the quality of matching and propose a thrilling match your diners.
