My Pantry 2

I had used this app awhile back and liked it, but on the opening page the selection buttons (to pick if you want to make a shopping list or store ads or whatever) vanished. Just blank squares where the selections should be. I just purchased a new phone and thought it would be great to have this app again, but guess what...? After installing the app on a new device, it comes up just the same... blank boxes where txt should be. I noticed someone else has made this comment also, and I am sure I inquired about it a year or two back when I first lost one of my favorite apps. Is there a way to correct this...? Was a good 4.5 - 5 star app

could be better with all those features on one page intergrated like the "shoppinglist" could have the coupons and price for each item bought and a "done" option. Also, the "experation, isnt really needed. The display could be more user friendly. Otherwise, I wont cmplain. Its very nice.

Use "out of milk". I have to add an item because basical nothing is in the list. Then I have to click to add it again because the 1st time just added it to the scan database. Waste of time and not helpful.

I'm very annoyed that I purchased this app and I still have to deal with ads. Not to mention nothing I scan is in the system. Everytime I scan something an ad pops up which makes the scanner crash. Then after I add the product to the scanner code I then have to scan it again to put it in my pantry.

I love this app. It helps me keep up with my list and add what I'm spending.

The only complaint I have is that the main menu buttons do not have any text to see what they are. Now sin e I use this app on my phone most it is not that big of a deal to me, but to a new user this would be a deal breaker. Please fix this issue because the app is great otherwise.

The main list page didn't have the words, just empty boxes. Couldn't get it to scan bar codes and put in pantry.

I was excited about this program and immediately did the paid version. I spent hours entering all my kitchen things into the pantry and created a couple of new categories. I experienced what another reviewer said, and found that not a single item in my kitchen had a barcode that entered information. It would say "product code found" but I had to input the info manually. Most frustrating was my first shopping trip. The only "sort" was for which store. Since I had entered the food categories I thought that of course I would be able to sort by them, so that when in dairy section I could get all the items I listed in that category. Disappointed and wish I had not spent all that time on setting this up.

Keeps track of what's in your pantry, what needs restocked, a shopping list of where you want to shop for your groceries and how much they will cost and how much they did cost. Awesome app! Thank you!

Does not recognize anything I've tried to input. Please help or refund

I love this app. It is so handy organizing my groceries but I can't figure out the coupons & it doesn't save to my SD card. It uses alot of memory

Like the app so far but it really needs a search function.

I used this constantly with my DroidX. When I changed to a Samsung G3, I didn't realize MP2 wouldn;t work on it. Now my entire and substantial kitchen inventory is LOST in 3G space, plus I dont have this terrific app anymore!!!!

Glad app is finally updated! Wonderful so excited to use on my phone!

Easy and keeps meon track

This the best of the dozen or so that I've tried. Great features. Would love a meal planner option. Maybe a simple recipe keeper?

Great app., but it would be good to be able to select no expiration date if we choose.

I love this app, and I have tried many of them. I especially like that I can back up my info to the SD card so I don't lose it like I constantly did with the other apps I tried and paid for! This is a well thought out app. I can keep track of what I have on hand and add it to a shopping list from the pantry list, what store I bought it from and how much I paid for it (no limit on the number of stores!!!) (I shop at many!), watch my grocery budget, and send coupons to the shopping list. Thank you, thank you!

I was sick of buying the same things not knowing what I already had. Not anymore! I'm trying to save money by using everything that I have before shopping, I think this will help immensely. I would be absolutely enamored with this if it could: export to excel, like someone else said, or even better, if there was a corresponding computer app that would sync, and if there was a way to find recipes based on what was in the pantry. These additions would be great BUT i highly recommend it as is. Thanks!

This app is perfect for everyone. I'm a super couponer, & rely heavily on it. The free one is good, but spending the money for the advanced version is well worth it! I agree with the others though. The dev never responds. If someone comes up with an app featuring what this one does PLUS a scanner for coupons I'd switch

App was workable with a few glitches but I needed to reinstall on a new phone and the buttons disappeared as with my data that was supposedly backed up.

I recommend my pantry to anyone who does shopping list, or wants to keep track of pantry items

Needed to be able to scan items quickly into inventory with items product info etc without manually putting in the info..Apparently it only accesses 2 databases.. ..really..I scanned several major items from major stores and all I get is empty fields ready for manual input.. what s the point .Not good uninstall and refund please

My main menu screen shows 6 boxes with no text. There are no indicators as to what the boxes lead me to. Mine looks nothing like the screen shots advertised.

It works well, the scanner is pretty accurate and the voice input works great. But it could use some common sense features. It backs up but I can't find a RESTORE button. A search function is needed as well as the ability to create other "pantries". It would be helpful to be able to open the backup file in a spreadsheet program so you can print out the list.

Had since 9-27-11 had issues all the time never heard back from developers. Update 1-21-14 Started using again after going from evo - iphone - galaxy s4. Scanner no longer available on galaxy s4. Again no reply from developer. As you can see from previous comments. They never seem to reply or update the app.

I spent days and hours putting in everything in my pantry and my freezer. I did do a backup. Then I had to replace my samsung galaxy note 2 under warranty. New phone came with 4.3 which does not permit me to download the free version of my pantry. In order to get your backup you have to have the free version and the paid version in order to restore your back up. I'm stuck with days and hours worth and nothing to show for it.

Scanner feature isn't built into this program. I like the interface in general, but the main feature that had me coming to this app was that I could make an inventory of my pantry using barcode scanning. I paid my buck, scanned the first program and my droid asked me which 3rd party scanning program I wanted to use. I had a couple so I chose one, which didn't work. then I chose another, which scanned the item and brought up prices and information, but it didn't add it to my pantry. What's the point of this? I like the idea, and the interface is nicely designed. If they figure out their own scanning process, it will go straight to 5 in my book.

I love the my pantry app, I've been using it for two years with no complaints

I was very excited to use this with the my pantry option and scanner but blah very disappointed everything I scanned was not found! Big waste of time for me.
