Prompts me to update when I've got the latest version. Disconnects from bulb if I switch apps, doesn't auto reconnect. Significant difference between in-app color and bulb color, finding a good orange can be tricky. Moving between colors looks like rgb lerp instead of hsv.

Was down for a week. All of a sudden decided to work again. Kept disconnecting from WiFi and would not accept password.

Had this for about 4 mouths. Now I tell Alexa turn off my light, it does. But 2 seconds later it turns back on. I rebooted the bulb n app, still not working. I really liked this bulb till now.

This bulb has more options than I'll probably ever use, but it's really cool! Fairly simple to set up, works well either local or remotely. Fun to play with the settings, and plenty of practical settings also. Update: Widget has started randomly not working, and that makes the light harder to turn on or off quickly. Also, it's annoying that I can't paste my Wi-Fi password into the app when connecting to router. It's a complicated pw and takes forever to type.

Unable to Group lights within a Group of lights..Will have to refresh or re scan to update status of lights at times..No preset Common Colors for easy selection..Timer should be time-based not limited to 1 hour 40 minutes duration only..All features in Local should also be able to work in Remote..Can't wait for the update! Otherwise, its a good App!

These are great. They're not some janky colored bulbs that you get from the party store. These are legit. Bright colors, solid casings, good for any fixture. The application is fairly easy to figure out when registering each device, and it runs smoothly. A lot of options to mix it up for the mood and tone you're trying to set. I researched a little first and decided on the Wi-Fi bulbs. I can't speak for the Bluetooth versions, but the ones I bought are really nice. Great buy

Had an issue with my light today and Subbu from the support did a excellent job to resolve my issue.

The app works well but there are a couple things that could be done better: 1) The current models do not run on 5 GHz and I saw nothing that stated this during the setup. The Help section of the app mentioned it after I was struggling to get it to work. Many people may not be savvy enough to handle this. Either the app needs to handle it better or better yet the bulb needs to support 5 GHz. 2) Please consider eventually updating the app to follow Android's Material Design guidelines. That said, the application is still functional. Once it's configured the App works well. I don't want to be too critical of it. Adding additional Android devices after it's setup was quite simple. The wake-up feature is fantastic and really is the sole reason I purchased the bulb. All the other neat features were just a bonus to me. Also worth noting is that a widget is now available with the application.

Could never get it to properly connect to the bulb. Required unnecessary permissions to control an overpriced light bulb

App works well. Enjoy the custom feature to create my own gradual color changes. Would be 5 star if a widget was included to quickly turn the bulb on and off. Setup was easy. Haven't bothered to try out the music / strobe features.

My timer is for 10:30 but it always turns on early. The strange thing is that it turns on at a different time every day.

I wish there was a widget to go along with the app to turn the light off and on more quickly, but the app does work well

Tried everything from changing router SSID and password and resetting the bulb about 4 times. Could only connect to bulb directly but not over my router (2.4ghz)
