SPCanywhere allows you to access your Siemens SPC Intrusion systems remotely anytime, anywhere.
SPC is an innovative burglary alarm system which allows you to secure your premises, e.g. your home, your office and your summer cottage.
SPCanywhere enables you to view and control several sites.
Using SPCanywhere you can set or unset your SPC Intrusion system, open doors, control outputs and check the status of your installation.
If IP cameras are connected you can even get live pictures from the selected site.
A graphical map view visualizes the installation and lets you quickly see the status of your premises.

I think the main problem is with the SSL bug that was found before the android 5.0. Google patch it and now the communication with older systems is problematic. Siemens seems to be amateur in modern systems and can't find solutions...

Ik heb android versie 5.0.2 op mijn telefoon gekregen, maar sindsdien werkt spc anywhere niet meer om mijn thuisalarm te beheren. Ik krijg de volgende melding: Login mislukt, ssl 3.0 is ingeschakeld voor dit apparaat, maar kan niet worden ondersteund op uw apparaat/os. Neem contact op met uw ingenieur voor techinsch ondersteuning. Wie kan mij helpen dit te verhelpen?

Doesn't work with Android 5.0.x. Guess it is some certificate security issue? Get login failed all the time, same account work in android 4.4. Please fix asap!

Could do with an option for notification on alarm activation This would save on setting up another method of self monitoring. Otherwise has everything you need.

Can't connect on 3G but works well over wifi from remote location. Also unable to connect to panel when using wifi on the same router as the panel. Motorola G

This was a great app. It uses SSL encryption and this has recently had a security breach identified. Both Apple and Google (including Android) are concerned about this I am told. SPCanywhere has a problem with Android v5.0.2 due to SSL. You need to use the new app from Siemens called SPCconnect which is also faster. Siemens are discontinuing the SPCanywhere server at some stage too,I am told. SPCconnect will need new firmware on your alarm board which your alarm company will need to do for you.
