It all started with a question: “What is being done to help veterans transition into life after the service?” When retired NFL veteran Drayton Florence posed this issue to a retired Army Lieutenant Colonel, the answer was that veterans are left to find resources on their own or use The Department of Veterans Affairs for assistance. It was clear that something needed to be done to help veterans transition into civilian life easier and with less stress involved.
