WaterOnClick - Water Online

Poor design of application. Have to order at least 2 cans for refill. No delivery on Sundays. I got cans in good shape for my first order not after that. Even if you ask them to get a clean one every time they promise to get it for next time but that won't happen.

A very primitive app. Half of the areas in Chennai are not covered by them, wasted my time installing this app. This app n content in it looks very unprofessional. I think local guys just got a third rated app. I don't think they can provide a quality service

Very unprofessional, They returned 32% of deposit only; saying that bottles will get old over a use -what a heck!. The distribution team is very rude, you can't expect any business ethics from them. "STAY AWAY FROM THEM - DONT WASTE TIME ON WATER-ON-CLICK".

Useless app..... Always it show some error.... Basic mobile no registration OTP also getting some server error

Totally unprofessional people doing business, no one shoul deal with these people. They are not returning my deposit money also. Guys never book any watercan services from these people. I am going to raise a complaint in Aquafina head office regarding the type of service.

The worst online service ... They have not even returned my deposit amount... very worst behaviour from their staff...

These people are selling empty can not water. Your deposit money no guarantee.

Worst experience .This people never deliver water in time.if u want want water then please book in advance 2 days.they LL call you 10 times for the address.

App is down and even if we order by calling no response for 2 days horrible service .How can an app go down just like that unbelievable.

When i try to refill, by default the quantity shows 2. There is no option to choose 1. Why is this changed now? Also app remains slow as usual. Without proper testing don't give mandatory update.

I am using this for 3 months... We have the option to choose the delivery time in the app.. But that is not followed by the delivery person.... I chose the delivery time in the evening... But he came in the morning and shouting at me because I was not there... For what reason we are choosing the delivery time?

While booking water cans my transaction was failed, despite that my money hasn't been credited back. There is no customer care to approach.
