Move in non cumulative mode was not returning the correct position (Fixed).
Fling now works with non cumulative move.
Quick Tap now only works if a fling has not occurred (this is by design).
Manual move method is now tested in both cumulative and non cumulative mode.

Add move constraint behaviour.
