The servers are so unreliable.When I made the payment for the scooter rental the servers got slowed and some interuptions caused further processing to stop.In this way money got debited from the account and confirmation was not received.Even after communicating with the in app help desk and mailing the company too ,I haven't received my money back.

It's buggy...provided they have removed the unlimited km..and kept 15km/hr....cars not clean and with bends....driving experience was too horrible....unpractical rules...arrogant staff..gonna loose a lot of business from now for vogo from reva university

Sucks don't even know how to behave with customers.. Worst apps ever I have experienced. Guys please stop using this app.

App is very buggy....a lot if times, there are bikes avaliable but the app shows all bookings full.....but good cheap rates, ideal for college students

If u r not having bike & u have to go out then this better

Near the SRM location please increase your fleet and the app can be optimized more for a better interaction at the front end. Overall it's a great service.

After user confirmation and signup I find out that they don't have services in Delhi.

Vogo is the best thing to ever happen to me. I used to be really sad with my life, even though I had a lot of friends and loved one, I knew that there was something lacking in my heart. Turns out that it was a hole and it's incurable. Doctors gave me 2 weeks to live. But with vogo present, I think i can live my short time here on earth to the fullest. Thank you vogo. Will change it to 5 stars if i survive.

Everything is allright there in vogo but there is no bike service... So i would request you to collect some bikes for better arrangements...thnk you

worst service ever. i booked for a scooty online two days before. they gave me a Navi that too with no side mirror and helmets. my whole trip was ruined bcze of these guys.

The service is worse ever...no support from customer care,they will trap u to get extra fines and others. They will give u car late but charge fine for spite late . no way to extend booking. No cleaning b4 u get the car. Customer care would just repeat the policy over and over but no help...worst!

Never we get a bike always it shows no vehicle's available n earlier its 1/hour cost was Rs 40 without petrol n now it is Rs 70 without petrol.

Now your rate is very high .. and you give fixed killometer without petrol .... according to zoomcar your rate is very high
